Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat rozdílné poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod ve veřejné sféře a soukromém sektoru v České republice, pomocí elektronického dotazníkového šetření. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části se věnuji zásadním specifikacím, pojetím a legislativním omezením zaměstnaneckých výhod. V praktické části vyhodnocuji dotazníkový průzkum, kde také výsledky porovnám s teoretickými poznatky. The aim of bachelor's thesis is to analyze the differences in the provision of employee benefits in public sector and private sector in the Czech Republic, using an electronic form. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with major specifications and legislative restrictions of employee benefits. I analyze the form survey, which compare the results with theoretical knowledge in the practical part.
