Property Valuation Accuracy

The aim of this thesis is to theoretically define the metrics of valuation accuracy and subsequent analytical evaluation of market valuation accuracy in various segments of the real estate market. The diploma thesis is systematically divided into several chapters. The introductory part is focused on the definition of basic concepts with market valuation. The real estate market is therefore named here, and the legislation relating to real estate valuation is listed. The next section describes the market valuation methods and specifies the market valuation. specific effects on the market value of real estate are presented here. In the practical part, attention is focused on market valuation in various segments of the real estate market. Four areas are defined here, which are Olomouc, Prostějov, Vyškov and Kroměříž. Real estate, such as family houses, apartments, and garages, is monitored in these markets. Finally, market valuation is evaluated using accuracy metrics. In the end, the information is evaluated.

Proposal of Material Flow Changes with Respect to Production Process

The diploma thesis deals with optimization of material flows in the company Pamet spol. s r. o. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the company business, its production program, customers, suppliers and competitors. The second part is theoretical, it contains an explanation of theoretical concepts that are taken into account wile writing this thesis. The third part analyzes the purchase, supplier evaluation and storing in the company. The final part brings suggestions how to solve the problems identified in the analytical part.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a research about the supplier-customer relationships within a business corporation. The theoretical part primarily focuses on the basic concepts which are essential to understand the issues. Furthermore, in the second part, with the aid of selected quantities of material, I analyze the current situation of the business company ABC spol. s. r. o. The last part is suggesting some ideas how to improve the defects that have been discovered.

This bachelor thesis is based on the study which looks into course of order in one of the COFELY a.s. divisions. It is a company which occupies with wiring. In the first part of this thessis there is an introduction of the company. It is followed by description of real-ization conditions and right theoretical approaches. It is also made the analysis of cur-rent precedures of order operation. There is described proposal which should solve as-certained imperfections in the second part. This should help the company to enhance itself.
