Tato práce na základě studie zjišťuje průběh zakázky v jedné ze sekcí divize firmy COFELY a.s., která se zabývá elektromontážemi. Nejprve je firma představena, jsou uvedeny druhy zakázek a následují správné teoretické přístupy. Je vytvořena analýza postupů při zakázkách. Dále je navrhnuto řešení, které by mělo odstranit zjištěné nedostatky a být pro firmu zlepšením. This bachelor thesis is based on the study which looks into course of order in one of the COFELY a.s. divisions. It is a company which occupies with wiring. In the first part of this thessis there is an introduction of the company. It is followed by description of real-ization conditions and right theoretical approaches. It is also made the analysis of cur-rent precedures of order operation. There is described proposal which should solve as-certained imperfections in the second part. This should help the company to enhance itself.
