The subject of my graduation theses is „Proposal and Apply into Practice of a System of Learning Organization“. Because of high competitive conduct in the marketplace and continual progress in all of branches, the continual improving is very important for all companies. Many of workers are often irreplaceable. And company is becoming very vulnerable in the case of his inability or leaving. This problem can be solved by transformation of „a learning organization“. It is the complicated process, when is necessary to change an organization structure, to analyse current working stations and to analyse real organization´s requirements (personal audit). Coessential part is an actual description of working stations, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences and fulfilment evaluation. By establishing „a system of a learning organization“ we can get a target for future and also we put aside a risk so-called „irreplaceable worker“. A practical part is targeted on research. The main instruments are questionnairies and interview. The questionnairies are targeted on worker´s satisfaction, competence and evaluation. Gained information can be used for comparation with the previous research and as a base for a proposal. A theoretical part is targeted on methodology that deals with evaluation of workers and also with components of „a system of learning organization“. It means a methodology of working station´s analyse, determination and evaluation single worker´s competences, methodology 360° etc. The purpose of this work is to propose and apply of „a system of a learning organization“.

The bachelor thesis deals with the selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker to a specific job position in company AB spol. s r.o. In individual segments of the theoretical part, concepts and methods are analysed using professional literature. The second part focuses on the company’s characteristics and a description of its current methods in terms of selection, recruitment, and adaptation of a worker. The last part of the thesis proposes amendments that may lead to changes in the company’s existing system.
Proposal for Personal Development Plan for Manager Operating in a Small Company

Cílem této práce je vytvoření návrhu na rozvoj manažera v soukromém podniku. Prostředkem k tomuto cíli bude vytvoření funkčního kompetenčního modelu, jehož pomocí budu měřit komepence manažera. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici manažmentu a funkce manažera, dále definici komepencí a jejích členění. Následně popisuje jednotlivé fáze pro tvorbu kompetenčního modelu a druhy rozvoje vzdělání. Praktická část je zaměřená na popis daného podniku. Poté následuje vytvoření funkčního kompetenčního modelu a jeho praktického ověření. Dalším krokem je měření aktuálních kompetencí manažera, na jehož základě je vytvořen návrh na další jeho vzdělávání.

This work "Requirements for construction company executive in the knowledge economy" in the theoretical part focused on who is the manager, what should have manager attributes, knowledge, skills and competence. It also features what the manager to perform and what role must hold. In the practical part of the bachelor hypotheses have been set, which I verified the survey in construction companies, design offices, studios, as well as managers themselves. The survey found out requirements that are now placed on managers in construction.

Competences of kindergarten pedagogical leaders

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the position of the head pedagogical worker in a preschool. The theoretical part defines the head pedagogical workers in preschools, especially the school director, their legislative framework, and their job responsibilities. Furthermore, the theoretical part defines the concept of competence and examines the competencies of preschool directors and their competency models, which are based on their job responsibilities. The empirical part investigates, through quantitative research, whether the head pedagogical workers possess the necessary competencies required for managing preschools. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, which was sent to preschool directors located in the Central Bohemian Region. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to determine which areas of the individual competencies the preschool directors consider most important for performing their role. In the empirical part of the study, it was found that among managerial competencies, the mastery of managerial skills was considered most important by the directors for performing their role. In terms of leadership competencies, the ability to formulate and fulfill a vision was identified as the most crucial area for preschool directors. In the field of professional competencies,...
