Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnostech. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis hodnotitelů, metod a kritérií, používaných v systémech hodnocení. Praktická část obsahuje návrh systému hodnocení zaměstnanců ve společnosti ApS Brno s.r.o. This Master’s thesis deal with process of employee appraisal in a companies. Theoretical part of the thesis focuses on description of the appraisers, methods and evaluate criteria used in the appraisal systems. The practical part contains the proposal of the employee appraisal system in the company ApS Brno s.r.o.
