The thesis deals with the issue of strengthening the competitiveness of an engineering company based in the South Moravian Region, whose object of business is the manufacture and sale of electric motors, pumps, mixers, generators and derived devices. Proposed solutions are focused on the extension and improving of existing services with the aim of competitive advantages developing and also on the extension of activities and scope of company that will lead to the acquisition of new customers. Based on the conclusions of the analyzes is defined the future direction of the company, its strategic objectives and concrete proposals leading to the development of competitive advantages and strengthen the competitiveness of the company
Circular economy and the goals of sustainability

In recent years, the idea of a circular economy has drawn more and more attention as a means of advancing sustainable development and minimizing waste. The conventional linear economy, which is founded on a "take-make-dispose" concept, is opposed by the circular economy. The circular economy, in contrast, is focused on the ideas of minimizing waste and maximizing resource efficiency by reducing, reusing, and recycling resources. This diploma thesis will give a general overview of the circular economy and some of its possible sustainability advantages. It will cover the main forces behind the circular economy, such as the lack of resources, environmental issues, and business potential. It will address the role of policy and legislation in creating a circular economy as well as the difficulties and hindrances to its implementation. Overall, the thesis will emphasize on the circular economy's potential to support sustainable development and advocates for further study and cooperation to advance this idea. A research agenda for advancing the circular economy will be presented, outlining the necessity of interdisciplinary study, empirical research, and policy intervention evaluation.
Development of Competitiveness of Company Focused on Customer Value Creation

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to submit a proposal to increase competitiveness of a company operating as a franchise, dealing with the sale of healthy and quality food. The analysis of the company is done using various methods, while the main method used is the value chain in combination with a customer analysis. The customer analysis is executed using a questionnaire survey and a focus group. An outcome of the combination of the value chain and the customer analysis identifies potential shortcomings and a space for improvements. The result of this bachelor thesis are proposals aimed at increasing the company´s competitiveness.

The content of this master’s thesis deals with competitiveness of the accommodation establishment „Jacob Brno“ through its brand. The current situation of the company is dismantled according to theoretical knowledge. Based on the value chain theory, the value creation process for the customer is further dismantled and compared to competing company. According to the variety of analyses, it is proposed to extend the supply of the accommodation establishment to ancillary services. This includes services such as a conference facility or an improved way to accommodate guests.

Bachelor thesis is focused on interface of company DOLP, s.r.o. Intern analysis is based on utilization of strategical tools and financial analysis which are outgoing from resources provided by the company (intern materials, financial statements). This thesis is divided into three parts. First part is focused on theoretical basis, of the chosen analytical tools, in the second part is made an analysis of the chosen company and in the last part are mentioned improvements fand suggestions for better running of the bussines based on the conducted analysis.

The aim od this bachelors thesis is to create a strategic analysis of the company Al-Namura s.r.o. This company is focused on producing non-alcoholic beverages and wholesale with beverages. In the first part of the thesis teoretical terms and basic processes of strategic analysis are introduced. In the second part these processes are applied to create the strategic analysis of the company. Thanks to these metods we identify opportunities and threats and strengths and weaknesses. Results of each analysis are apply in SWOT analysis, which give us basics to create strategic recommendations.

IS/ICT Support of the Implementation of Strategy

The target of the thesis is to propose an appropriate information system that ensures the implementation of the business strategy for the garden division of the company AGRO CS a.s. Specifically it targets evaluating the use of enterprise information systems and the application of business intelligence according to the information base describing the company's business strategy. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first one is the theoretical part that outlines the methods used for analysing the business strategy and the theory background about business strategy itself. It also contains information system theory. The second part, the analysis part, presents the company and is based on the theoretical part. It also implements methods used for analysing the business strategy and analysing the appropriateness of the use of EIS systems or business intelligence applications. In the last part, the proposal part, an appropriate EIS or BI system is chosen based on consultations, requirements and targets that are the outcome of the previous part.

The Master’s thesis deals with the issue of the proposal of a marketing strategy in Melzer company in the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of Information Systems (IS). It concentrates on modern marketing conception and emphasizes the necessity of effective CRM. It explains important factors in connection with successful CRM IS implementation. It analyses domestic market of CRM IS including information system QI which is supplied by Melzer company as well as an internal CRM atmosphere in the firm. In the practical part there are analytical conclusions and recommendations leading to the proposal of the marketing strategy. This should significantly enable the firm to penetrate into the market of CRM IS and become successful.

The purpose of this master thesis is forming and developing new marketing strategies with focus on increasing the competitiveness of the company within the market of fast food restaurants. The work contains theoretical insight to given issue in the first part. Key part of the thesis is then analysis of the current situation of company policy and marketing strategy, which is used as a base for creating strategy new, containing specific steps to put it into practice.
