Title: Possibilities of improving the service of a selected company Marketing research of customer satisfaction Objectives: The purpose of this diploma thesis is to create a proposal to improve the Surf Camp in Portugal in the upcoming season. The evaluation of current customers satisfaction was achieved through both the standpoint of its customers as well as its management. Methods: Both qualitative and quantitative methods were used to evaluate the customers satisfaction. The main research methods used were questionnaire surveys, an interview using the instruction with the company's owner and employ and internal data analysis. Results: The results of this diploma thesis are shown in graphs, tables and classification crosses. The data obtained helped to identify opportunities for improvement, and based on them, suggestions and recommendations were made to improve Surf Camp in Portugal. Title: Football match of AC Sparta Praha as a product for marketing Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to elaborate suggestions and recommendations for improvement of marketing activities on the match-day. Methods: The improvements are based on electronic interviewing AC Sparta Prague fans and personal interviews with marketing experts in the field of football. Direct observation without use of technique was used as well. Results: Recommendations and suggestions are focused on making more effective use of the marketing elements of AC Sparta Prague football matches. The main reasons for fans dissatisfaction are lack of toilets and its uncleanness, low capacity of food stall and slow operation. Title: Marketing Research of Customer satisfaction in FITcentrum Chrudim Objectives: Thesis "Marketing Research of Customer satisfaction in FITcentrum Chrudim" is in its final form a very important source of marketing information system of management in a medium-sized fitness center in Chrudim. Its aim is to determine customer satisfaction with products depending on their initial expectations. Acquired views, comments and criticisms of the provided services helped us to assess the state of the sports organization on the basis of which a proposal was submitted for possible improvement. Methods: The study is based on theoretical knowledge related to the selected topic. Marketing research based on the method of survey was one of the most frequently used methods for enquiring about customer satisfaction. Results of the individual questions of the questionnaire are shown in the graphs. Based on their interpretation, the state and operations of the surveyed organization was assessed. To obtain information about the operation of FITcentrum Chrudim, a semi- structured interview was conducted with the owner. Objectives: The aim of this work is based on examination of effectiveness of securing sponsors make recommendations on how the field hockey federation should pursue this issue further, or suggest possible measures to improve the promotion of field hockey, and thus to increase the interest of potential sponsors. Methods: The practical part is based on data collection and subsequent analysis. The formed marketing plan includes all steps needed for achieving marketing goals that are part of strategic objectives of the organization during the above mentioned period. Methods: In this thesis the following methods have been used: research into documents, an informal interview, questionnaire survey, SWOT and STEP analyses. All these methods have been employed to obtain information about Czech Association Sport for All. Results: The outcome of this thesis is the marketing plan for Czech Association Sport for All for years 2013 - 2015, which includes all the necessary requirements and thus could be used and inspire the organization in question to implement some marketing activities presented. Methods: In this thesis have been used methods of case study, analysis of available documents and texts, structured interview with director od marketing, and director of communications and public relations of AC Sparta Praha. Results: By the analysis of marketing communications of AC Sparta Praha has been found that several projects could be added. The proposal has been followed the concept of marketing communications, because i had not been detected considerable deficiencies. Title: Marketing research of customer satisfaction in Family Fitness Olgy Šípkové Objectives: The goal of this thesis is to determine customer satisfaction of Family Fitness Olgy Šípkové based on their expectations and perception of actual value of provided services. Collect data based on the survey and then according to the acquired knowledge propose measures and solutions of the problems. Methods: The method of this marketing research is the survey, questionnaire. The sample sizes were defined based on own discretion and easy accessibility. Respondents were sampled by simple random sampling. Results: The result of marketing research is that the customers of Family Fitness are pretty satisfied. Yet there were acknowledge small imperfections. The fitness management should try to fix these problems. There are few measures and solutions in the conclusion. Title: Marketing communication woth fans of softball club playing Women Extraleague Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current situation of marketing communication of those two softball clubs playing czech women's Extraleague and to create suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of marketing communication of those clubs and general recommendations for the clubs playing this league. Methods: The results of this work were made thanks to qualitative marketing research. The greatest benefit was brought by method of semi-structure interview with club managers and the questionnaire with fans. For more information about current situation of marketing communication was used analysis of documents, especially websites and social media. Then the SWOT analysis was created on the basis of results of non-structure personal observation and the comparison of marketing communication of those clubs was made on the basis of marketing research. Results: The results confirmed opinions of managers that the most used communication channels include social media, web pages and email communication. English name: Products' Offer of the club SK Slavia Praha for partners Summary: The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to investigate and analyze current offer of products of the club SK Slavia Praha for partners. My bachelor's thesis tries to improve and enlarge this offer. I will propose new arrangement of partners and I will create new kind of partner - partner of youth academy. At the end of this thesis I will design sponsorship packages for all kinds of partners. These proposed changes schould enhance the co-operation between SK Slavia Praha and partners. The bachelor thesis named Marketing of brands - Ice Hockey World Championship 2015 is focused on the description of communication and marketing activities of brands which were connected as official sponsors and official partners with the Ice Hockey World Championship 2015 held in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical one concentrates on description of sport marketing and sponsoring, it also describes marketing activities of brands used by companies in their campaigns. The practical part is focused on the Ice Hockey World Championship 2015. The structure of the sponsorship related to the championship is explained, the categorization of the sponsors (main official sponsor, official sponsor and official partner) is described and all the official sponsors and partners of the championship are listed along with an outline of the rules they had to follow and the advantages and the rights they had. The description of the communication and marketing activities of selected official sponsors and partners of the championship follows. In this part of the thesis, the theoretical knowledge described at the beginning is applied in practice. The thesis also focuses on the problem of ambush marketing connected with the championship.
