Modern art in landscape Summary The subject of the thesis is landscaping with the use of modern arts. In the first part it focuses on correct interpretation of key words such as landscape, art and culture. Those areas are then analysed from the point of view of historical context . Mutual interaction of two seemingly different subjects such as landscape and modern art is analysed and closely inspected. It is necessary to take into account all approaches to landscaping to be able to implement modern element into the landscape. In the first part the thesis analysis the evaluation of landscape character and landscape As a whole; how landscape influences people an what are its values. Preservation of the landscape and it's attributes depend On defying It's nature protection. Part of the thesis focuses on those subjects as well, legislative as well as natural protection of nature. What could today's landscape offer is disscused in the part of the thesis concerning values of the landscape, how the landscape is perceived and what is the esthetic value of landscape. Landscaping in today's modern era encompass entwining historically significant At the same time necessary and for the future unavoidable element so its functional and esthetic values Are preserved for future generations. The model example solves such entwining of historical landscape and proposed motorway. There is a thread of fragmentation of the landscape and its use not only for local inhabitants and eco systems. At the same time modern art is applied as a means of unification. The art is becoming a tool which is capable to recharge landscape. Art reconnects the fragmented landscape and brings other values for future generations. The case study suggests Last art trends applied to the landscape. During the disscusion it brings a summary of expressive funds and techniquies. Here the thesis also conveys a thought of current tendency of modern art. The output of the thesis is besides the model project a methodical procedure. A proposal of methodical instalation of an element of modern art into landscape. The new church Liskovec

The aim of this thesis was to evolve a study of the subject AG35 to the level of a Documentation of building permits and a Documentation for the execution of the project. The theme is a new building of a church at the Brno suburbs. Specifically, it is a land at Nový Lískovec that is currently not publicly used. The main subject of the task was situating new objects and establishing their functional usage concerning the existing buildings; including urbanist interventions, treatment of the present objects, driveways and designing new communications. Considerable part of work is focused on revitalization of the area for the general public´s recreation, demolishion of the existing buildings functionally unrelated to the topic and then the construction of the new church itself. The building program is based on individually designed solution in mind with the general requirements for the construction, decoration, interior and operation of the church and its purpose. The disposition and the shape of the building are solved simply and generously. The church consists of one above-ground floor and other necessary related operations included. Essential effort in solving this project was to develop the current state of the site and provide a promising usable future.
Crematorium and ceremonial hall

The thesis deals a project documentation of Crematorium with Ceremonial Hall in Kuřim. The building is located close to the existing cemetery on the outskirts of the city. The object is designed as a detached building, in the middle of building parcel. The proposal is conceived as a modern single-storey (partly two-storey) building divided into several sub-sections with different height levels of the roof and the Ceremonial Hall exceeds the height of the entire object.
Design of Gramophone

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to design gramophone with fulfilling all technical, ergonomic and construction requirements. My intention is to design a gramophone, which will be capable of high quality music reproduction, will be an intersting product for interior and its use will be comfortable and easy to follow. I would like to find an interesting form and material solution, which will follow gramophone‘s function and which will succeed between competing products.

Design is based on a close analysis of historic and contemporary weighing equipment with regard to aesthetic, ergonomic and technical requirements. The aim of my bachelor thesis is to make work in kitchen simplier and easier. I wanted to create a kitchen scale, which would be precise, quality and which would be based on modern technologies. The main advantage of this designer concept is wide range of different functions of the kitchen scale. Modern design sould catch the eye of every cook and help them with preparation of any food.
Design of Record Player

It should also observe all structural, functional, technological, aesthetical and ergonomic rules and customer requirements. Modern Art Gallery Brno

The aim of the thesis was to create the individual degrees of project documentation – documentation for building permit and building design documentation on the basis of the study, processed in the subject AG32. The theme of the work is the modern art gallery in Brno. Location of the building is located at Kraví Hora, Veveří, Brno – the city. The Gallery, along with cafes and studios are fitted in the Park, which builds on the park Kraví hora. In and around buildings located on the Observatory, sports, gardening and swimming pool. The building is located on a sloping terrain towards the Southeast. The architectural solution comes from the blending of the paths that connect the vertices of the land. Those around the territory of the object on which the building is locked, the Gallery completes the Café. The floor plan of the Gallery is an irregular Hexagon, with dimensions of 41,23 and 27 m. Both buildings are buildings of unconventionally conceived. Material solution is a combination of concrete, steel and glass. Supporting system of the Gallery is along the perimeter formed by reinforced concrete walls with hanging corten facade and internal carrier system is the skeleton of reinforced concrete columns. The gallery is a two-floor deck and the Cafe is one-floor deck. Entry to the Gallery is accentuated by a glass wall. The Interior of the Gallery is formed by a glazed Atrium. The roof is flat on both objects. The facade of the Cafe is part of the exposed concrete and part of the glazing.
Detached House with Atelier in Hořice

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the projection of a detached house with an atelier in Hořice. Hořice is a small village located 7kms from town Blansko, which has almost 20,000 inhabitants. This building is situated in author’s village, and therefore the local conditions in terms of construction are very well known. The building was placed in a real plot opposite the place where the author lives. The house has two floors, one floor is a partial cellared. The cellared part is accessible from the street (east side). In the southern part of the basement is designed atelier - a commercial space accessible to the general public. In the northern part there is a garage for two cars and the side entrance to the detached house. The ground floor is a private space for housing. The upper floor is 5+KN. The house has no problem to accommodate a family about 5 members, and also it’s able to accommodate some visitors or grandparents. The rooms are comfortably designed and offer a lot of use for a modern family life. The main entrance to the detached house is through the outdoor staircase. The building is made out of brick, perimeter walls of the lower floors are made of concrete blocks and the top perimeter walls of burnt bricks from the clay. Both floors connect the reinforced concrete staircase. The house is covered by a flat roof. Exterior doors and windows are from aluminum. The building is clad by travertine blocks. The building is connected to the necessary engineering networks. The project documentation is developed in accordance to the decree of the building documentation.
Modern retail technology

The diploma thesis deals with analysis of these modern retail technologies and identifies current knowledge and awareness of consumers. The biggest emphasis is placed on self-checkouts. In the beginning of this thesis are described and explained the theoretical background. In the practical part there is a survey, which consist of the questionnaire research, the observation and the structured interviews. Based on these three methods there is identified how consumers and retailers perceive these technologies. The conclusion contains the evaluation of gathered information and the presentation of some options for improvement.
