Problem of painful shoulder in hemiparetics patients
Daumann, Pavla ; Muchová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Konvalinková, Romana (referee)
This bachelor thesis is focused on a painful hemiparetic shoulder as a frequently observed complication in patients suffering from stroke. Basic information about stroke, anatomy and kinematics of shoulder joint is included in a theoretical part of the thesis. The largest portion describes a pathogenesis of painful hemiparetic shoulder, its prevention and commonly used physiotherapeutic approaches. The practical part of the thesis consists of two case reports of patients with stroke suffering from painful hemiparetic shoulder. In both cases, a combination of physiotherapeutic approaches applied in ten cycles over a period of 4 to 6 weeks was used. To prove an effectiveness of the therapy, I used kinesiological assessment as well as a faces pain scale for an evaluation of shoulder pain. To assess a mobility of the shoulder, I used a goniometry and functional tests for upper limb. Results of the therapy are described in a discussion part of the thesis and indicate that the combination of physiotherapeutic approaches may decrease pain as well as improve the mobility of affected shoulder. These results should be confirmed in a larger patient population. Key words: stroke, hemiparesis, shoulder, pain, physiotherapy
Kinesiology and pathokinesiology of shoulder joint with regard to archery
Čelková, Renáta ; Vacek, Jan (advisor) ; Mende, Karel (referee)
This bachelor thesis is dealing with basic principles of a movement of a shoulder joint and shoulder blade with a regard to the archery. The first part includes anatomical , biomechanical and kinesiological information about the shoulder girdle. The second part is discussing basic principles and techniques of a movement in the shoulder joint with an emphasis on forces and a work of muscles between shoulder blades. The last part is a brief focus of problems in the shoulder joint which may arise from an improper shooting technique .
Hooclift NKH 8A340
Doleček, Ladislav ; Ospalík, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master thesis analyses hook loader NKH 8A340. For calculation of load states was used the dynamic simulation in program MSC.ADAMS. This results were used like a input data to solve the construction with finished element method. After evaluation of results were made design changes of hook loader. Part of this thesis contains drawings of modified parts of hook loader.
Design of camera crane
Navrátil, Pavel ; Hutař, Pavel (referee) ; Koutný, Daniel (advisor)
This Master’s thesis deals with several variants construction design of camera crane. Two optimal variants are chosen with regard to practical usage. The thesis includes complete design of these variants with 3D models and strenght analyses. This analyses are processed by final element method. The first variant made based on technical documentation and it has worked for company Filmochod s.r.o..
Design of manipulator for palletization
Florián, Michal ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
The matter of this master´s thesis is the construction of two variations of manipulator for palletization. The first solution is the derrick manipulator; the second one is the gantry manipulator. The aim of this master´s thesis is the comparison of both solutions from the point of view of the applicability, the cost and the demandingness of production. The productinon documentation will be elaborated for the selected solution.
Hydraulically driven screens
Forman, Ladislav ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
The main objective of this work is the calculation of selected parts of hydraulically driven screens such as cleaning equipment before entering the small hydro power plants. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses mainly on the calculation of hydraulic mechanism for cleaning screens. The second part contains a drawing of the general assembly hydraulically driven screens and sub-assemblies.
Mobile cranes on wheeled undercarriage
Ruibar, Jakub ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Mynář, Břetislav (advisor)
This work developed in terms of baccaluareate study is presenting backround research focused on topic of mobile wheeled cranes and their momentary state of development. Furthermore, it analyse individual constructional solutions and economic aspects.
Mechanical construction of hydraulics arm
Vodrážka, Jakub ; Březina, Lukáš (referee) ; Věchet, Stanislav (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of a hydraulics arm. The main purpose of this hydraulics arm is the possibility to use it in education project which is a part of hydraulics systems lessons. This arm consists from few parts which are connected together by rotary joints. This arm is actuated by linear hydromotors, furthermore there is a magnetic position sensor. Autodesk Inventor 2008 was used during the arm design process. There are three main parts in this work. First part deals with fluids systems, the second part shows the position sensor properties and the last part presents some cases of arm design with deformation verify. A lot of supplement is presented at the end of this work as pictures of the model of the arm or pictures of some parts of the model.
Mobile wheeled telescopic manipulators
Buchta, Vladislav ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The point of this bachelor´s essay is actual summary of mobile wheeled manipulator´s. The essay contains critical study of individual constructive solution with regard for use of machine with load capacity higher than 4000kg.
Usage of special physiotherapeutic methodics in frozen shoulder syndrom
KUBALÁKOVÁ, Tereza
A topic of the bachelor thesis is the frozen shoulder syndrome. It is a common disability of the shoulder joint, but it belongs to one of the least explained illnesses of the shoulder. It has quite a typical course and objective findings, characteristic is particularly a limitation of an active and passive movement. This syndrome is a very painful, long-lasting condition. Patients usually recover, but they may never regain their full motility. A goal of the first part of the thesis was to work up theoretical supporting documents on this issue. A goal of the research part was a choice of clients with the frozen shoulder syndrome and a practical verification of various examination and therapeutic methods. I used a method of a qualitative research for the practical part of the bachelor thesis, a case study. The bachelor thesis can be used in a clinical practice of physiotherapists.
