Stav vodního bohatství ČR a environmentální ochrana hydroekosystémů v přírodě

Studie hodnotí stav vodní bohatství ČR z hlediska krajinného komplexu z aspektu ekologické stability, vymezuje systémové vztahy krajiny, přírody a hydroekosystémů v závislosti na faktorech, které narušují ekologickou stabilitu krajiny v důsledku změn klimatu. Eliminace důsledků pro a využívání krajiny z hlediska zahraničních poznatků a navrhuje opatření, která by usnadňovala možnost spolupráce veřejného a soukromého sektoru, zajistila spolupráci obyvatelstva při zabezpečování ekologické stability hydroekosystémů a návazně i celého krajinného komplexu. Součástí jsou podklady pro průzkum a vyhodnocení informací z hlediska sociálních aspektů. Obsahuje doporučení pro programové dokumenty MŽP a vyhodnocení dosažených poznatků z hlediska budoucích období.

V roce 2006 byla realizována provozní zkouška v plném rozsahu stanoveném v Realizačním projektu na rok 2006. Některé parametry provozní zkoušky byly modifikovány na základě zjištěných zkušeností získanými předchozími poznatky v rámci řešení VaV. Z uvedených zkoušek byl vypracován dokument "Přehled průběhu a výsledků provozních zkoušek MBÚ". Byla provedena rozsáhlá analýza zahraničních zkušeností s metodou MBÚ, analýza referenčních zařízení na široký komplex aplikací MBÚ v zahraničí. V rámci hledání možností uplatnění nadsítné energetické frakce byl vytvořena databáze energetických zařízení v ČR a byly zhodnoceny jejich současné možnosti. Byla provedena externí odborná analýza skladby SKO. V rámci řešení VaV byl uspořádán seminář se zástupci odborné veřejnosti Německa, kde byly referovány vzájemné zkušenosti s metodou MBÚ s následnou diskusí.

The role of Juan Carlos Bourbon during the Spanish transition to democracy

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to present the role of Juan Carlos Bourbon during the Spanish transition to democracy. All his acts are given in the wider political context because this is necessary for emphasize his actions. The higher attention is dedicated not only to the personality of Juan Carlos Bourbon, but also to his relation to others representatives of Spanish politics, like Francisco Franco or Adolfo Suárez. In the last chapter the author tried to demonstrate the change of Spanish people?s perception about Juan Carlos Bourbon and the institution of monarchy, based on sociological surveys carried out during the years 1975-2012.

Corrida de Toros and its place in culture, history and economy of Spain

The main topic of this bachelor thesis are bullfights, their birth, origin, and especially the development. The aim is to introduce the topic of bullfighting to the general public to provide the reader a brief insight into the culture of bullfighting. The higher attention is dedicated to the individual specifics of this entertainment, such as breeding bulls, bullfighting arenas typology, types of bullfighting, or hierarchy of actors. It also highlights unprecedented interest of the artists about rendition bullfight of bullfighting throughout their history. In the last chapter the author attached a glossary of bullfighting terms accompanied by a picture attachment for easier comprehension of the reader.

The integration of immigrants in the Mediterranean countries of the European Union

Mediterranean countries of the European Union represent a gateway to the continent for immigrants from all over the world. Millions of immigrants are looking for their new home, with the prospect of a better life in France,Spain and Italy every year. The integration of immigrants over time has become one of the most debated topics not only on a national level but also on a european level. In this thesis the development and the operation of the different areas of integration policy of the three mentioned EU Mediterranean countries are compared. The aim is to find, by means of the performed analysis, a model of the integration policy which best leads to successful integration of immigrants.

The bachelor thesis deals with legal regulation of arbitration. The main aim of the work is to explain the concept of arbitration and compare legal regulation of arbitration in the Czech Republic and Spain. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter acquaint reader with actual legislation in selected countries. The second chapter describes basic institutes of arbitration such as arbitration agreement, arbitrator, arbitration proceedings itself, arbitral award and his review. The last part of the work is focused on the use of arbitration in consumer disputes.

Current economic situation of the Basque Country

This master thesis deals with the autonomous community of the Basque Country, its economic situation, its economic development and future perspectives. At first the thesis focuses on Spain and its basic characteristics with emphasis on administrative division of the country. The second part deals specifically with the Basque Country and its political and historical development especially in the 20th century. Next chapter concerns current economic situation, its development, economic sectors and international trade which is crucial for its economy. The last part analyses the economic relations between the Basque Country and the Czech Republic.

Development of high-speed rail transport in Spain

This thesis describes the position of rail transport in Spain and focuses mainly on the current development of high-speed rail transport. Attention is paid to the AVE system, which is operated by the newly built infrastructure, but also to the other high-speed trains to run on conventional lines with Iberian gauge. The aim is to highlight the progress achieved in this area, capture a network built and planned high-speed lines, the transition to neighboring states and the process of integration of Spain into the Trans-European transport networks. In analyzing the tariff policy, the paper deals with basic and preferential tariffs applied by Renfe Operadora in the sphere of high-speed long-distance passenger trains.
