Design and analysis of personal agency database system development

The objective of this thesis is design and analysis of database system development for personal agency, which provides brigade services for students. The system offers native support of common processes and employees within the agency. Moreover, the system includes integration into the web portal. The system is designed for being used by brigade applicants and companies offering jobs. The design of the system covers also the data interface to different information system and the user authentication based on the directory LDAP server technologies.
Financial Analysis of Recruitment Agency

Thesis on Financial Analysis of Recruitment Agency examines selected recruitment agencies focusing on agency employment in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic in the period from 2010 until 2014. The theoretical part provides general knowledge about the labor market, recruitment agencies and technical financial analysis. The second part is based on the application of general knowledge and evaluates achievements of their evolution in time. To evaluate the evolution of the number of current employees are used elemental characteristics of time series. Based on the data obtained is made a forecast for the development of the number of employees in 2015 and 2016, including an analysis of the structure and evolution of employees by selected characteristics. For assessing the financial health of both recruitment agencies uses horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, profitability ratios, liquidity, activity, and indebtedness including comprehensive view of the financial stability of the company using Altman Z'skóre. After a financial analysis of both recruitment agencies thesis presents a comparison on the evolution and structure of employees, assets and capital structure, financial ratios and bankruptcy model.
Proposal of Competency Model of HR Managers Operating in MNC´s in the Czech Republic

Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření kompetenčního modelu HR konzultanta působícího v mezinárodní personální agentuře. V první části práce se věnuji terminologické definici pojmů a popisu kompetenčních modelů, které jsou zaměřeny na HR profesionály. V praktické části práce jsem čerpala z analýzy popisu pracovního místa, rozhovoru s HR konzultantem a dotazníku. Dotazník byl distribuován mezi HR konzultanty působící ve zkoumané agentuře. Výstupem této analýzy je popis kompetencí a sestavený kompetenční model. V závěru této diplomové práce uvádím, jaké jsou praktické možnosti využití kompetenčního modelu.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the identification of all factors which influence job seekers to choose personal agency. The theoretical part of this thesis describes basic definition which is used in practical part afterwards. The main goal is to define marketing and communication activities of recruitment agency Advantage Consulting ltd. The internal and external environments of recruitment agency were analyzed and also there were found strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The communication strategy was proposed according to the results of completed questionnaire to make improvement to current strategy.

This bachelor´s essay describes Assessment Centre, which offers counseling services in the area of HR, it is part of personell agency and its purpose is to help their clients to solve problems with HR inside companies. This serves to evaluating of the HR´s level in the companies and their interest to solve problems connected with HR. Finally we will design the project for financing of the Assessment Centre from the funds of the European Union.

The analysis of personnel agency's activity

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of personnel agency's activity. Thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first one discusses the definition of personnel agency. There is also clarified the agency of work and the types of it, development of employment agency, relations between the subjects of personnel agency and the differences between the personnel agency and the employment agency. The second chapter describes the characteristics of the personnel agency. There are also mentioned the provided services of personnel agency, advantages and disadvantages of using personnel agency for an employer and the analysis of consultant's activities in the personnel agency which are the sales and the personnel activity. The last chapter is devoted to the personnel agency called Žirafa.cz. There is also description of the system of the personnel agency, provided services, used methods of recruitment and selection of applicants and the survey through the questionnaire in the company Žirafa.cz. The list of questions is created in order to find the evaluation and the satisfaction of the respondents with Žirafa.cz especially with their consultants. The last part of bachelor thesis is evaluation and suggestions that could make company more effective.
Economic aspects of management and operations recruitment agency

This bachelor thesis analyzes the nature and objectives of company financial management. It describes the specific activities of recruitment agencies and its economic aspects. It provides an insight into the legislative conditions for managing recruitment agencies. It also focuses on the development of the labour market and market of recruitment agencies from the beginning of the formation of the first agency in the Czech Republic to the present. The development of the agency market also relates to increasing number of vacancies. This thesis also describes business productivity indicators, that are the basis for evaluating of a selected recruitment agency. The thesis contains case study that analyzes economic development and profitability of the selected recruitment agency based on actual data provided by the company.
