Proposal of Competency Model of HR Managers Operating in MNC´s in the Czech Republic

The main aim of this master's thesis is to propose a competency model of an HR consultant operating in an international recruitment agency. In the first part of the thesis, the author describes theoretical frameworks and competency models which are focused primarily on HR professionals. The practical part of the thesis provides an analysis of a job description of the position, an interview with an HR consultant and a questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among HR consultants operating in the recruitment agency. As a result of the analyses, a single-job competency model was developed. At the end of this thesis, the author suggests a practical application of the competency model
