Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for Its Improvement

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the financial situation of the company ABC, a.s. from 2011 up 2015. The diploma thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part contains the theoretical knowledge from the professional literature that is subsequently applied to the company analysis. The company is introduced in the second part and there is also performed the strategic and financial analysis with the help of the selected methods. In the last part there are suggested the measure on the basic of the results of the analysis that should lead to the improvement of the existing financial situation of the company.

Marketing plan of a selected company in the tourism sector- restaurant Aura

The subject of the presented Master´s thesis is to create a marketing plan for the restaurant located in Slovakia, namely restaurant Aura. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical with definition of the basic termonology of marketing planning. The second part presents a specific marketing plan which includes, among other things PESTLE analysis of the Slovak Republic, analysis of the internal environment of the company and finally determining marketing goals and marketing strategies to achieve them.

This thesis deals with an optimal strategy choice of a company. The issues of products and services, marketing and mainly strategic management with emphasis on optimal strategy choice of a company are described in theoretical part. There are introduced fundamental methods of internal and external strategic analysis. With use of mentioned facts a program for support of strategic management is proposed. This program is aiming to make well structured and quantifiable methods of strategic analysis easier and more clear, based on which it is possible to define and choose an optimal strategy of a company.

Bachelor thesis is the business plan for establishment of flower shop. The business object is the sale of the flowers and small gifts. The thesis is divided into three parts – theoretical, analytical and proposal. Theoretical resources of thesis are described in the first part. The second part is analytical and market analysis is described in this part. The proposal is a self-treatment plan. This part comes out from theoretical and legislative business findings and is the reaction on market needs found out from the market analysis. Based on the financial plan the potential success of the proposed business is rated here.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of the sports complex U Hrocha, which will be completed in 2014. It contains theoretical bases, which are then implemented in the actual business reality through PESTLE analysis, Porter's analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, the situation is evaluated and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation of the company.
