Today is the parish used only occasionally, and especially in summer, when there held a children's summer camp and during the rectory used by the municipality for several local events - Children's Day, the burning of witches and the very popular local pig butcher called. Town swine. Generally speaking, the parish is rather unexplored, which corresponds very poor technical condition of the building. Draft accepts the existing use of the parish and further expanded. Potential parish is large and it is necessary to use it. New feature parsonage combines several options to use, so that the parish could adapt current demand and that was sustainable. There is a use for the local and the general public that there will be a meeting. It can not easily determine which usage is dominant because they complement each other. Fara will serve as educational, environmental, cultural, sports and leisure center. Will focus on school trips, camps, but also for families with children, young, single or elderly. For everyone here finds the program. The training is aimed at growing their own vegetables and fruit and its subsequent processing in the kitchen. Subsequently, these can be grown raw materials directly used for teaching practice in the kitchen, where there will be lessons focused primarily on healthy and balanced cuisine. Lecture Hall may fold to lecture on the organic way of life, among other rectory also offers art workshops. They can also use the multi-purpose hall for cultural and social events or sports. Local resident, then they can use a training kitchen to pass on their culinary skills of younger vintages, or simply use the kitchen for your own culinary ring. There are two buildings (barn and the parish) of the same archetype - rectangular in plan, low-floor and high hipped roof. One object is at the beginning and the other at the end of the plot. As a volume counter these proportions suggest the mass of the two objects with the same volume and proportions. The proposal several times, the principle of inserting new material into existing environments so as to minimize interfering with the existing structures. Inside the parish because of this principle remain visible beautiful areas with arches and paintings. Most of this principle is used in the inserted accommodation of cells into the interior of the existing barns. In the barn is maintained only a roof portion and supporting walled columns, between which is inserted prefabricated cell. Another compositional principle is the completion of an economic object which shape and mass builds on the existing adjacent building at the property plot.

Primary Architecture / School for Third World
Vepřková, Adéla ; Vacek, Petr (referee) ; Ponešová, Barbora (advisor)
Unrest has been going on in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of Congo for several years. People live in refugee camps or temporary shelters, and children do not attend school for several years. Now it seems that the situation is calming down, so there could be an opportunity for change. The aim of the work is to design a school for Buleosa village in a cooperation with the local ranger Alain Hamisi Mitondo, with whom I have been communicated during the course. The school project is supported by Buleosa‘s management and locals. Everyone in the community should be involved in the construction, because above all they should benefit from the school. I know that it is not possible to build a European-type building here, but rather to combine knowledge of these two worlds with the use of local materials. The simplicity of such a project is fundamental, because it will involve more different people, even without the slightest experience.

Vystrčilová, Kamila ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Šindlar, Jiljí (advisor) ; Čupr, Karel (advisor)
The following bachelor’s thesis is based on the study created in the subject AG32. The thesis further developed this study to the level of Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The theme of the project is an Art school which is situated in Brno, Kraví hora, Veveří. The place of the design is on the hillside orientated to the north-east with the view all over the city, which significantly affected the whole design. Nerby the solved land is a big park, the Observatory and Planetarium in Brno, a swimming pool and other sports fields and also gardening, below the hill takes place the Faculty of Civil engineering of the Brno university of Technology. My main goal was a design of an art school, which will be used by the residents of all age groups from all over Brno and it’s surroundings, but mostly by children, students and other young people. The building respects the context of the locality, with it’s form and appearance which reacts on the sloping terrain. It is monumental from the city view, but doesn’t overtop the existing buildings and doesn’t disturb the panorama of the hill of Kraví hora. My design consists of three connected objects which facades have different materials that ideologicly depend on the purpouse of each building. Between the two main buildings there is a passage flaring up to the hill. This passage serves as a public space and it’s purpouse is to connect the most frequently used entrances to the land (from the Rybkova street to the observatory) and it makes the way faster and more pleasant for the people crossing the place. Thanks to this fact, the building is the part of the park without distorting the main communications of the place.
Kindergarten in Brno
Růžičková, Tereza ; Cahel, Tomáš (referee) ; Májek, Jan (advisor) ; Daněk, Lukáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis was prepared on the basic of an earlier study in the subject AG32. This bachelor’s thesis develops study further into the level Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The main theme of this work is the Kindergarten in Brno. The proposed kindergarten is located in the city centre of Brno, on Údolní Street. The land is bordered by a frequented road from the north side and the park Obilní trh, on the south side of the land the relief gradually rises to Špilberk Castle. The main idea was to create a kindergarten object and an ideal space for children’s upbringing and movement. The shape of the building reacts to the surrounding area. On the north side is only the entrance to the building and the school’s operational base. The main room of the school (the games room and the dining room) opens to the south side into the garden which goes further into the slope. The west wing of the building is extended to the slope and the construction continues to the original terrain and it’s possible to cross to the slope of the roof of the building. Roof is designed as a vegetation roof. The overall appearance of the building is of a natural character. It’s made of a wooden facade vertical tile. Only at the entrance to the building and on the other side of the building near garden are designed colour rotating lamellas. Children can rotate with them and change the appearance of the building.

Kučera, Petr ; Mačuda, Michal (referee) ; Vítek, Jiří (advisor)
The final bachelor's thesis responds to the request of the management of the Na Radosti school in Žďár nad Sázavou to design a new building for a democratic school. Due to the unsatisfactory current situation, where the school is located in several places in the town, it needs a new suitable space corresponding to their specific requirements and needs. A democratic school is a system of teaching based on the free choice of the individual. The new school, with a capacity of approximately 100 pupils, is to create a suitable space for learning, play and sport. Thanks to the designated land, it will also offer a connection to the landscape and create a creative and learning environment within it.
