Work Environment in a Selected Company and a Proposal for Development

This bachelor thesis is focused on the working environment in the company Stuha a.s .. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the basic information and important requirements of the working environment and occupational hygiene. The analytical part then describes in detail the working environment and working conditions in the selected company. Suggestions for improvement are coming out based on observations from personal examinations and answers of company employees from the questionnaire survey.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of safety and health protection at work. The aim of this work is to try to outline the issue theoretically and then transfer it to a practical level on an illustrative example. After studying this work, the reader should be able to perceive the topic of safety and health at work as an integral part of the project. The basics of project management and occupational health and safety were mentioned in the literary research. The practical part focuses on describing the functioning of the issue on a partricular building site. The text describes the key processes of the issue needed to transfer theoretical knowledge into practice.

Preparation for the implementation of the lower building of the pension in Opava

The bachelor's thesis deals with the implementation of a substructure of a guest house in Opava. This building, founded in complex foundation conditions, is composed of five floors without a basement. The house is based on piles, which support the foundation strips. Part of the rough substructure is also an installation channel, made in the form of a watertight concrete structure. This work contains a technical report, the situation of the construction with wider relations of transport routes, a detailed statement of acreage, technological regulation for earthworks and foundation, drawing and report of construction site equipment, time schedule, machine design, control and trial plan, safety and health at work, schematic procedures of earthworks and foundations, as well as item budget.

Apartment building in Trutnov construction technology project

In my master´s thesis I am talking about solution of building a top rough construction technology in a block of flats. The content of my thesis are mainly worked out technical regulations concerning monolithic ceiling constructions and vertical load bearing constructions. Regarding the phase of the top rough construction, also there are a proposition of a building site organization, a technical report about the building site organization, a technical report about a building-technological project, solution of construction orgaization, a timetable, an item budget and a proposition of machine compositions.

House in the hillside -technologická stage substructure

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the technological stage of the foundation structure of a family house in Šlapanice u Brna. The work includes technical report, technological regulations of selected works, design of construction site equipment and machinery assemblies, safety and health protection at work. Work includes drawing documentation consisting of a drawing of the situation and site equipment, a timesheet, a bill of quantities, a control and testing plan and balance of resources.

Inspection of work and its involvement in the construction industry

This thesis deals with the Labour Inspection in construction industry. First, the basic concepts, legal norms and developlment of the Labour Inspection in the Czech republic are summarized. Then follows description of the Labour Inspection authorities, which are the State Labour Inspectorate and the Regional inspectorates. The area of safety and health protection in the construction industry, concept of Safe enterprise and "Švarc" systém are processed separately. Finally, analysis of the Labour Inspection activities in construction between 2006 - 2011 is performed, with a detailed focus on the year 2011.

This bachelor’s thesis aims to clearly describe the technological stage of rough upper construction of production hall of the company Beton Brož s.r.o. in Otnice. The content reveals solution to supply parts for assembly and transportation to the site, equipment of construction zone, effective technologies, quality control of performed work, ensuring of safety and health profection at work, schedule and construction budget. The main effort is to suggest the proces of work in order to utilize benefits of the steel skeleton, particularly the speed of construction.

Safety and health protection at work in logistic

I obtained basic information for my bachelor work during my short-term attachment within the company Allimit s.r.o. This company engages in safety and health protection at work. While getting familiarize with the topic I acquired information about a company that would be suitable for my work. I attended an annual safety inspection in storage spaces of Agrozet Ceske Budejovice a.s. executed by qualified employees of the Allimit s.r.o. company. As a result there were found minor imperfections. I used a software program Rizika na PC to evaluate these drawbacks from the safety point of view. My conclusion was that all of them were of low risk level and no urgent remedies were required. Steps that I suggested to be taken were to restore marking, remove possible risk factors, improve communication and familiarise employees with the company rules once again.

Care for the employees in Lázně Poděbrady

This bachelors thesis deals with care for the employees. The first part focuses on theoretical description of activities dealing with this area and some related legal rules. The second practical part describes and evalutes execution of these activities in the company Lázně Poděbrady and contains proposals for improvement. Results of the employees' satisfaction with working environment survey are presented at the end.
