This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of internal company communication. This thesis is divided into theoretical pand ractical parts. The theoretical part describes a summary of verified scientific knowledge, which are applied in the practical part. In the practical part, the shortcomings of internal company communication in the company POOR – TRADE, v.o.s. are identified by means of a questionnaire survey. Based on these shortcomings, individual procedures for their optimization are proposed.

The diploma thesis concerns the internal communication in the company which I have selected. The theoretical part of the thesis describes generally the findings about communication and internal communication. The body focuses on an analysis of the internal communication within the selected company, using the questionnaire. The analysis includes recommendations based on the results of the survey, which could enhance the effectiveness of internal communication within the company structure.

Organizational Culture and its Influence on the Effectiveness of Work

This thesis is focused on improving the state of corporate culture in Nutrend D.S., a.s. On the basis of analysis of results obtained in questionnaire inquiry, there were some drawbacks detected in managers getting familiar with the vision and long-term business objectives, in the financial evaluation and incentive system, and also in the working environment. Further there was an existing rivalry identified between different departments and low willingness of employees to attend corporate events. Subsequently, the proposals and recommendations have been processed leading to the elimination of these drawbacks and to improvement of the present state.

Thesis "Software Support processes in Microsoft SharePoint Server," discusses the current state of internal communications at the Technical University in Brno, namely the Faculty of Business, Institute of Informatics. Also introduces SharePoint 2010 technology and its application to a given object. The work aims to familiarize users with SharePoint 2010 technologies and introduce basic functionality. Partial goal is to outline effective cooperation at the Institute of Informatics and simplify internal communication. The proposed recommendations include: creation of a central repository of forms, creating a communication node between scientists.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of employment of persons with disabilities with a focus on social enterprises. In field of social enterprise functioning, it specializes in internal communication. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey and additional interviews, in the selected social enterprise Teamium. The research found it appropriate to recommend that the company improve its internal communication by creating a regular annual evaluation interview and its own company magazine.

The role of communication strategy in nonprofit sector

New civil society organizations are those that are most often commercialized. Salamon (2005) discusses commercialization when organizations are motivated to offer services and products exclusively for profit. He presents commercialization as the penetration of market principles, culture and thinking into the non-profit sector. This phenomenon at NGOs serves the purpose of gaining financial independence and legitimization. On the other hand, the Center for Public Opinion Research (2019) published a report in which it was found that NGOs find themselves at the bottom places in a survey of credibility in selected institutions. The diploma thesis aimed to determine how NGOs should successfully communicate their activity to stakeholders to strengthen external credibility and gain financial independence and corporate culture. The research included techniques such as questionnaire survey, non- intrusive techniques and semi-structured interviews. The results have shown that the role of communication strategy is significant in the selected NGO. The NGO develops and evaluates the strategy annually and includes its entire organizational team. Analysis of Internal Communication and Corporate Culture of the Agency Insighters s.r.o.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on internal communication and corporate culture of the communication agency Insighters. The main aim of the thesis is to examine the perception of mission, vision, and values by the employees of this company. Thesis deals with the influence of the length of employment in the agency on the mentioned phenomena. In the theoretical part, the concepts of agency, communication, and culture are first described. This is done to help the reader better understand the background of later defined concepts of internal communication and corporate culture. These concepts are theoretically defined in this thesis and introduce the reader how they should be properly set and understood in a corporate environment. In the practical part, the communication agency Insighters is first introduced, followed by an analysis of its internal communication and corporate culture. The reader is thus familiarized with formal and informal channels used by the agency, as well as its mission, vision, and values. This thesis deals with internal communication in the company Česká Zbrojovka a.s. The main aim of the thesis is to propose measures that will lead to improved internal communication. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to internal communication. The analytical part contains a description of the company and an analysis of the current state of the company. The design part presents proposals on how to solve the researched issues in the field of internal communication.
