The diploma thesis deals with the issue of remuneration and motivation of employees. The theoretical part of the thesis clarifies the basic concepts and general starting points related to the given topic. The analytical part deals with the research and description of the current way of remuneration and motivation of employees in the selected company. The output of the diploma thesis consists of suggestions for possible changes and development of the existing system of remuneration and motivation of employees processed on the basis of the established current state of society.

The diploma thesis is focused on motivation and remuneration of employees in the company Zemědělsko obchodní družstvo Zalší. The theoretical parts explain the basic concepts related to the issue. In the practical part of the thesis the company is introduced and trough employee survey analyzed the current way of motivation and remuneration. Based on results, at the end of the thesis there will be presented proposals and recommendations that could help to an improvement in the current situation and to increasing employee satisfaction.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the current state of motivation in a selected company. The literature search will explain the basic concepts associated with this issue. In the analytical part, the company will be introduced and data collection will take place through internal materials and structured interviews. Based on this information, the motivation system will be analyzed, employee satisfaction and loyalty will be examined, and proposals will be proposed to improve the existing motivation system, retain existing employees, increase their satisfaction and reduce turnover costs.

In the theoretical background chapter, author aims at explanation of basics concepts connected with this problematic. The practical part deals with the existing incentive system and after finding the results author will recommend maybe any modification of existing system or just completely new one.

In five logical parts, the thesis gradually focuses on the introduction to the issue, literature research, where it discusses employee motivation, communication, workplace and team and employee benefits. The main part of the thesis describes the design and realizationof the questionnaire survey, the evaluation of the results and the assessment of the company's motivation system. Based on these findings, a proposal for possible improvements in specific areas is implemented.

This bachelor thesis deals with employee fluctuation. Mainly it is the evaluation of employee fluctuation in the FLÍDR s.r.o. company and its impacts on the company economy within five years studied. The thesis also analyses possible causations and consequences of the fluctuation, on which are based in the end suggestions of possible measures and recommendations for improvement of employee satisfaction and for reduction of fluctuation in the company.
