This Master’s thesis deals with the determination of present conditions of motivation and stimulation environment in company Reda a. s. The theoretical part describes the motivation and stimulation bases from the general and practical point of view. The analytical part is focused on research and presents current conditions in chosen company. The survey was used as the information source. The findings from that survey and suggestions for present conditions improvement are summed up in the conclusion.

The Proposal of Evaluation of the Career Soldiers in the Army of the Czech Republic

This dissertation is dedicated to the evaluation and remuneration processes career soldiers in the Army of the Czech Republic. The main goal is to make an analysis of evaluation and remuneration in the company and on the basis of research make a suggestion to improve these processes. In the theoretic part are explained the basic conceptions as the evaluation and remuneration that are related with army background and the requirements laid to regular soldiers. In the practical part is the chosen company described and the research, that contains of questionnaire commanders and career soldiers. In conclusion is a suggest for an improve of the evaluation and remuneration processes by career soldiers in the company.

The thesis discusses the importance of motivation and possibilities of its increasing on knowledge-based motivational profile of employees. In the first, theoretical part, there are provided the basis of motivation, definitions and basic concepts. The second part analyzes the current state of the work, methods of motivation and motivational profiles of workers. The following section, based on findings from previous parts, presents the draft measures increasing work motivation.

Statutory Body´s Remuneration and its Optimalization

The Bachelor thesis “Statutory Body’s Remuneration and its Optimalization” discusses the remuneration of statutory bodies and defines possibilities of their remuneration. The thesis describes the term of the statutory body and the legislation concept of statutory bodies. It also examines the theoretical possibilities of remuneration and their tax burden. Next the thesis describes the relation of individual revenues to the statutory social and health insurance. The thesis also includes a part dealing with suggestion for improvement of statutory body’s remuneration so that associated costs are minimized in practical examples.

Proposal for the Improvement of the Motivation System in the Company

Diploma thesis is focused on motivation system in the manufacturing company Třinecké železárny, a.s. The first chapter of the thesis describes motivation and motivation system terminology. Company and its current employee motivation system are characterized in next chapter. This chapter contains also analysis of the survey. In the conclusion of this thesis there are described proposals for the improvement of the motivation system, which will lead to increase of employee satisfaction.

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of employee satisfaction in a selected company ABC s.r.o. The theoretical part of the work presents the concepts associated with the issue of employee satisfaction. Factors examined include training and development, remuneration, employment relationships, awareness, communication and employee care itself. The aim of the work is to determine the level of employee satisfaction. Data will be obtained using a questionnaire survey and based on the results, possible changes will be proposed, leading to increased job satisfaction.
