Teacher's work with organizational a behavioral rules at a primary school class

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe and characterize possible causes of class indiscipline, to find a connection between non-disciplinary pupils at primary school and chosen teacher strategies for dealing with indecision and to introduce possible means of regulating pupil's behavior and learning with respect to maintaining positive class climate. The practical part describes the action research of the selected class and the innovation of the established disciplinary means based on the recommendations of professional literature, conclusions from the theoretical diploma part and practical experience. A number of factors, such as pupil's psychological development, teacher and pupil personality, learning style, pupil's attitude to school, temperament, or selected teacher's means to regulate pupil behavior and learning, influence classroom discipline and can contribute to problem behavior. Appropriate selection of strategies and educational means based on a respectful teacher-pupil relationship can reduce pupils' disturbing behavior and thus affect the overall building of a positive classroom climate. HOW TEACHERS KEEP DISCIPLINE AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The bachelor thesis aims on the indiscipline on elementary school. In the theoretical part are the common indiscipline acts in school surroundings described and also the possibilites how to prevent indiscipline or eventual options hoe to deals with it. The purpose of the empirical part is to find out how the teachers deal with indiscipline of student of upper elementary school and what affects the students to not keep discipline during the classes. The research is made with the observation method of students and interviews with the teachers at an elementary school in Prague. In the conclusion the issues of indiscipline, different views on the techer's solutions of indiscipline and other important factors, which students take as positive or negative in teacher's beviour are summarized. To maintain maximum efficiency of the work, it depends on attitude of both sides - teachers and students. Display of indiscipline from elementary teachers perspective

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map expression of indiscipline at elementary schools and is describing teacher's perspective to their competencies in solving indiscipline problems. This thesis is divided in theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part is described basic theoretical knowledges related to indiscipline at schools and approach to discipline at schools. Practical part elaborates on show of indiscipline from teacher's perspective, which they face at elementary schools. In next part author of this thesis elaborates more on teachers feeling about facing situation, which they face at schools. In accordance with aim of this thesis are used quantitative research and questionnaire survey to collect data. As sample for surveys are used elementary schools' teachers.
Possibilities of undergraduate preparation of primary schoul teachers in the field of managing discipline problems of pupils

The first chapter of the work is focused on the theoretical bases. It outlines the situation of education as a space of meeting of freedom and autonomy of the educator and the child/teenager and shows the factors influencing the future form of the youth's identity. The following chapters demonstrate the role of parents as the primary education providers, the role of the youths themselves as the creators of their own identity and the possible obstacles that can make education more complicated. ABSTRACT: This thesis deals with prosocial behavior, the circumstances of its occurrence in children of primary school for children with special educational needs. It is a description of the term of prosocial behavior and briefly shows the history of the education of children with disabilities. The work also describes the school environment of the above-mentioned school, the types of handicap of individual children and describes the situations during which prosocial behavior occurs. In the end, the author tries to combine the findings of prosocial behavior and the history of children's education with their own experience and observation. Preparation of beginning teachers of primary schools is solving educations problems of students

This diploma thesis is focused on solution of educational problem of students. Its character is theoretically-empirical. The first part is theoretical and is focused on explaining technical terms of this thesis topic. Furthermore it summarizes theoretical knowledge from area of teachers, especially junior, in addition education of schoolmasters and law regulation, regarding to their work. The last part of theoretical part is dedicated to authority, its establishing, education and practices in case of unappropriate student behaviour. Furthermore to discipline, its causes and to most common discipline problems in elementary schools. In the empirical part is described procedure of qualitative research investigation of this diploma thesis. There are also listed research questions as well as description of data collection and its analysis. Methodological part is followed by research investigation and answer to question, if junior teacher are ready to deal with educational problem of their students.
Teacher and authority

The master's theses focuses primarily on creating and a form of teacher's authority. It presents individual types, tries to describe what influences the authority and how easy it is to lose the authority. The master's theses also deals with teacher as a holder of authority and also deals with the issues of autority as a co-creator of discipline in the class. The goal of the practical part is to analyse the issues of authority and discipline in a class in high school. The research has two phases. The first one is a record of observation of 10 lessons taught by beggining teacher in a class that was marked as undisciplined by other teachers. The research is in the next phase completed by questionnaire survey "Evaluation of teacher by the student" (according to Holeček, 2014: p. 203, 204). Thee result of the research says that the the teacher is perceived by the students as a positive authority which makes students interested in his subject and the teacher is also perceived as a responsive person.
The relationship of school indiscipline with selected characteristics of students

This diploma thesis deals with issues of pupils' behavior and discipline at elementary schools. It consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts and general problems of discipline and inexplicably with available literature. The practical part is focused on the research of the frequency of individual manifestations of disruptive behavior, it is determined whether the lack of discipline is associated with one of the selected characteristics of the pupil, such as the type of school, gender, socio - economic situation of the family and the development of the frequency of individual manifestations of disruptive behavior from the sixth to ninth grade. The aim of the thesis is to find out the extent of undesirable behavior in selected schools. The research method used is the statistical analysis of the data and the collection method is in the form of questionnaire. The result is a summary of the most frequently occurring unruly behavior at second level of the elementary school and its comparison within selected characteristics from the pupilś point of view. Self-evaluation is compared with the evaluation of unruly behavior from the point of view of the class and with the assessment of hypothetical person's suggestion.
