The theme of my Bachelor Thesis called “Proposal of New Marketing Plan” is the analysis of current condition of marketing plan in wedding studio Mia Design and proposal of changes at its enhancement. The first chapter deals with company analysis. There are methods which are used for Marketing Investigation. Second chapter aims at describing the company and individual features of marketing mix. It also evaluates the insufficiency in the current marketing mix. Last chapter is concentrates on the proposal of changes at current marketing mix enhancement and also to contributions and costs of the proposed solution.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of the small company ESTA, spol. s r.o. It contains theoretical bases, which are then implemented in the actual business reality through SLEPTE analysis, McKinsey 7S Framework, Porter's analysis and SWOT analysis. Finally, the situation is evaluated and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation of the company.

The aim of this theses is to evaluate conditions of the selected business by means of the analyses of the internal and external environments, including the macroeconomic environment analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, the financial and fundamental analysis and SWOT analysis for a selected period. Before the analysis execution is defined theoretical basis, which includes an explanation of the principles of the analyses. The outcome of these parts are an implementation of executed analyses and information to a specific conditions of the company and a suggestion of the recommendations, which improves efficiency of the company.

Statistical Analysis of Risk Indicators of a Company

This diploma thesis aims at analyzing accounting and financial indicators using time series, regression analysis and interval regression analysis of selected company VIDEN plus, a.s. The thesis analyzes the development trends of individual indicators, which are able to reveal the state of the company. Based on the data obtained, the issue of company risks arising from the analyzes and their correction is then addressed.
