Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu tenisového oddílu Sokol Lanžhot pomocí vybraných metod. První část práce obsahuje teoretická východiska, další část se zabývá vybranými metodami, kterými jsou SLEPTE analýza, Porterova analýza, analýza „7S“, vybrané metody finanční analýzy a SWOT analýza. V závěru této práce jsou zpracovány návrhy na zlepšení zjištěného stavu. This thesis is focused on analysis of the tennis club Sokol Lanžhot by the selective methods. The first part of thesis contains theoretical bases, the following part deals with the selective methods, which are SLEPTE analysis, Porter´s analysis, „7S“ analysis, selective methods of financial analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of this thesis are processed the suggestion for improving the found situation.
