Analysis of the nutrition of senior citizens in their environment

Senior citizens living in their own environment make up a large and growing population group. Proper nutrition at this age is gaining in importance as it contributes to maintaining a long and quality life. Therefore, the aim of the thesis was to evaluate the nature and quality of selected senior citizens' nutrition. This aim was divided into three sub-objectives, namely 1) to find out whether the informants' nutrition corresponds to their age and health condition, 2) whether there are factors that influence their nutrition, and 3) what do they follow when purchasing food. The sample consisted of four married couples between the ages of 71 and 75, coming from the Karlovy Vary region, who agreed to participate in a qualitative research. As there are no nutritional recommendations that take into account the ages and diseases most frequently present in the sample, the need for work informants has been formulated on the basis of relevant recommendations concerning seniors and their diseases. Intake data were then obtained through weekly meal records processed in "NutriPro START" software. To obtain anamnestic data, a semi-structured interview has been used. Consumers' attitudes to new technologies in retail

The objective of this research is find out the attitude of customers to new technologies in retail. The results show for example the attitude to contactless payment, self-service checkout, smart shopping cart, cashback or 3D presentation of goods. It also describes the attitude to new technologies in general. It describes what barriers and motivations to use this technology are. The objective of this research si also find out if customers know about some technologies. This thesis find out the attitude of whole sample ort he attitude of some groups. Respondets are divided the to some groups according to age, place of residence or gender. The data is collected by means of a questionnaire. The number of respondents is 200. Marketing research is carried out in Příbram distict. This bachelor thesis also suggests recommendations for retails. Many graphs, tables, relative and absolut frequency, diagrams and pictures were used in this thesis.

It is important for patients to start rehabilitation as soon as possible. Early discharge allows stroke patients return home to continue rehabilitation in familiar surroundings. The responsibility for continued rehabilitation is in the hands of patients and their families and the main aim is to adjust to everyday life. Anxiety in ESL Teaching to Adult Students

This work deals with anxiety being involved in ESL teaching to adult students. Its causes and negative consequences are discussed. Its aim is to reveal whether anxiety is a real issue in ESL that should be acknowledged and if it is, what can be done in order to prevent it or at least identify it and be able to work with it. The theoretical part deals with the delimitation of the term anxiety and puts anxiety in the psychological and pedagogical context. The development of research in this area is described and the relevant findings are presented. Practical part consists of mixed research dealing with the extent to which anxiety impacts foreign language learning in the first part. The second part based on interviews with anxious learners brings into light the specific causes of foreign language classroom anxiety which allows the conclusions in the form of practical recommendations to be drawn for English teachers. The aim of the thesis is to create investment recommendations for the real estate investor. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. Secondary data from Czech and foreign sources are collected in the theoretical part. In the practical part, the research and analysis of real estate market is done for the real estate currently available for sale in Brno. At the same time, economic profitability is calculated wherever possible. Subsequently, the options are verbally evaluated.

The thesis deals with the evaluation of the Summer Baroque Festival. The aim is to compare 2 of the 8 festival places, namely Plasy and Tachov, which were selected on the basis of a similar schedule and are compared from the point of view of the structure of the participants, marketing communication, motives for participation, the most interesting part of the festival and the reason for selecting the sites. It also determines the impact of the festival on these places, which is measured in terms of satisfaction and financial aspects. In the context of the issue, the literature was first studied, which dealt with basic concepts such as namely tourism, cultural tourism, events, and event marketing. In the end, the theory dealt with marketing communication. Research within the practical part is divided into two phases: written questioning of festival visitors and online survey of the general public. Based on the results suggestions and recommendations for the organizers are done to make effective use of promotional resources in the coming years and to make the festival attractive to other segments with regard to the current one.

Applying of personality traits of headteacher in area of leadership

Final thesis describes to what extent the current school practice puts attention to personality qualities of headteacher in area of leadership. The topic is based on the experience, knowledge and abilities that use the present headmasters of elementary schools in practice. The aim of the work and selected combined investigation using methods of "shadowing" of structured and unstructured interviews and a questionnaire survey was to describe the extent to which personal qualities headteacher of elementary schools appear in contemporary educational practice in area of leadership. In the theoretical part, the author focused on gathering information from a wide resource that can provide a wider range of these areas (psychology, leadership, self-management, self-esteem, etc.). These were mainly the vocational literature on leadership, human personality and competencies. An important contribution was a personal meeting and interview with Mr. Prof. PhDr. Z. Helusem, DrSc.
