New forms of sculpture in contemporary art

The diploma thesis deals with new forms of sculpture in contemporary art. The theoretical part describes the development of sculpture and its changes in the course of time with a special emphasis on current Czech authors and their work. It also comments on materials and themes which most frequently occur and are used in sculpture. Last but not least, his part also deals with a public space and placing sculptures in here. The practical part presents a series of author's sculptural works which focus on various materials possibly usable in Art classes at the first school. Properties, availability and durability of the materials are examined and evaluated. In the didactic part, the author presents work of 5th year pupils who were inspired by creations of Anna Hulačová, a Czech sculptor. "The Garden". Series of creative lessons for art education at primary school.

This diploma thesis focuses on creating an art series on a theme of garden for primary school children. The thesis has got a theoretical and a practical part. In theoretical part, it focuses on the history of garden art and theme of garden in genre and intermedia production. The following chapter combines the theme of the garden with the use of curriculum documents. The next part takes the garden as a motive and medium for art education at primary school. The next chapter deals with the method of project teaching and use of art series in the art education. In practical part, this thesis focuses on the creation of a thematic series, which contains organization and implementation of five lessons created on the theme of the garden. The aim of this series is to bring children closer to the enviroment of the garden through the use of art activities.

Thesis concerns with cross-section theme "Multicultural education and intersections of cross- section theme with educational area for education to citizenship." The cross-section theme Multicultural education will be analysed and compared with common themes of education to citizenship in RVP ZV. The link to identification education will be managed a didactic analysis school book. On the basis of research finding it will be suggest the recommendation for education(teaching). Reading for women in the Lada magazine

The diploma thesis deals with the profile of fiction published in the magazine Lada on the turn of the nineteenth century into the twentieth. The chosen representative sample of six volumes stretching over the period of twenty years was thoroughly analyzed, focusing on the most important aspects of the individual prosaic contributions, which are the following: the theme, both the main and the supporting characters, the plots, the time and space dimension of the stories, the autor's style, the tuning of proses and their belonging to different artistic movements. Another perspective of interest to this project is the author's background, its changes over time and its influence on the overall orientation and appearance of the magazine, with the overall characteristics of it also included. The deeper, intellectual background reflected in the individual proses is also discussed. Given the fact that the publishing timeline extends over two different historical epochs, this final thesis strives to find answers to the question of to which extent the author's thinking was influenced by the historically social context, i.e. to what degree the authors adopt the modern, progressive ideas of the newly shaping society of the twentieth century, and conversely, to what extent both their opinions and thinking are...
Dislocation of the Valency Complements of the Verb in the Present-day French - Syntactic and Discourse Analysis

The aim of this work is to introduce dislocation as a specific syntacic process and to describe its function and use. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theorethical part, I introduce basic linguistic terms. Then, I confront the French concept of valence with the Czech concept of valence, and I delineate the term of dislocation. In the practical part, I analyse the results found in the parallel language corpus with regard to its thematic role. I also focus on Czech equivalents and translation.
The caricature in the Dikobraz Magazine 1945 - 1968

This diploma thesis entitled The caricature in the Dikobraz Magazine 1945 - 1968 deals with the artistic creation of the only satirical magazine in Czechoslovakia since its founding until the crucial year 1968. The thesis explores how caricatures deal with domestic and foreign events. It covers the work of selected cartoonists for the journal, as well as their free production. The thesis also focuses on the editors of the magazine due to their importance for its artistic production. Nevertheless, this part of the thesis is limited due to the limited amount of trustworthy sources.
