Communication Mix of Construction Company

My dissertation is focused on communication mix of a building company. In the first part I deal with the theory of communication mix as such, in the second part, I analyze the current propagation of the company Inter-Stav, spol. s r. o. In the final part is shown how we can arrange the communication mix for a new company Aktiv-Servis, s.r.o.
Liquidity Analysis of Construction Companies

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the liquidity of construction companies. The aim of the thesis is to determine all degrees of liquidity in a selected sample of construction companies and compare these values with national averages. The thesis is divided into several parts. In the first part, the characteristics of construction enterprises, their input information from accounting, analysis of liquidity, financial stability and indebtedness of enterprises are carried out. In the second part, an analysis of the liquidity of selected construction companies was carried out based on financial statements in the monitored years 2017 and 2021. Standard indicators such as current liquidity, ready liquidity and instantaneous liquidity coefficient are used for liquidity analysis. At the end of the thesis, their results are summarized.
The Evaluation of the Investment

The task of the bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the planned investment of SVOBODA-stavby s.r.o. in the matter of the purchase of a new machine, which is supposed to contribute to saving the company's financial costs. The thesis analyzes the basic theoretical knowledge regarding the company's investment plan, then characterizes the company and classifies the overall effectiveness of the plan. At the end of the work, it will evaluate the planned investment of the company on the realization of the project and define recommended suggestions for improvement.
