Specifics of nutrition during preparation for 50km race walker

This dissertation will give us insight into racewalking as a discipline, we will learn interesting facts from the history, then it will introduce us to its specifics and differences. Thereafter, the dissertation focuses on the structure of performance and training in racewalking. The main focus of my dissertation is the topic of nutrition, which is the key factor in the overall performance. It describes all the necessary components of a diet, which are very important in a well prepared pre-race training. The next fundamental theme is the replenishment of glycogen, which is needed for a proper work of muscles and to correctly utilize the supercompensation diet. Furthermore, the forms, rules and methods of being on a supercompensation diet will be shown on specific cases. Last, but not least, it will cover the importance of fluid intake for an athlete.
Sports training assessment of the Czech record holder in the sprint events in the youth categories

Title: Sports training assessment of the Czech record holder in the sprint events in the youth categories Objectives: The main objective of the thesis is monitoring and assessment of selected general training indicators, special training indicators and control tests during the four-year sports training period of a young sprinter in the category of 15 years and the category of 17 years. Results of the selected training indicators and the control tests were compared. Methods: In the present thesis the method of observation and the content analysis of training documents are used. The training documents are obtained from the coach of the observed individual. The general training indicators, the special training indicators and the control tests are selected from the training documents, which are evaluated by the basic statistical procedures and subsequently they are composed to the tables, charts and comments. Results: Due to the set plan of the thesis, we recorded during the four-year period an annual increase in the volume of the general training indicators of M.B. The volume of load is increasing in all the selected special training indicators. Title: Overview of preparation for The Czech Republic championship in fire sport within the annual training cycle Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create an overview of the preparation for the Czech Republic Championship in fire sport and to try to compile a model annual training cycle based on the study of available literature and professional consultations. Methods: The bachelor's thesis was prepared through the study of professional literature and on the basis of consultations with elite competitors and coaches from the ranks of fire athletes. Results: The results of the work are general information about fire sport, its organization and competitions. The theoretical part of the work focuses on sports skills in fire sport, its disciplines and their technical implementation and tactical training. This theoretical information is applied into an outline of the annual training cycle including a description of the individual periods of the annual training cycle, their timing, goals, means of developing selected motor skills and example of a training microcycle and training units is given for individual periods. Comparison of the level of balance abilities of artistic gymnasts and Teamgyms

Title: Comparison of balance of abilities of artistic gymnasts and TeamGym gymnasts Objectives: The aim of this work is to describe the relationship between selected factors and performance in selected balance tests of groups of artistic gymnasts and TeamGym gymnasts and at the same time to verify the effect of the balance beam exercise on the balance ability of TeamGym gymnasts. Methods: Field tests were chosen for data acquisition: stand on dominant and non- dominant limb with closed and open eyes, walking back on balance beam and bench, jumps to balance position (track). Furthermore, a questionnaire survey was used. The obtained data were evaluated by means of Wilcoxon tests for two dependent and independent samples, correlation analysis, materiality investigation for non-parametric data and means of descriptive statistics. The data were also examined in terms of the percentages of the achieved maxima. The intervention method was chosen to verify the influence of the exercises on the balance beams. Results: The relationship of the direct proportion between age and performance in walking back on bench and track test was confirmed, and between height and performance in stand-up tests and track run were confirmed. Injuries in Football (Review Literature)

Name: Knee Injuries in Football (Review Literature) Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to study scientific and professional articles and publications concerning the issue of injury in football and the subsequent transfer of processed information to the literature review. Another aim of the thesis is a working proposal on the determination of possible preventive principles that can minimize the occurrence of injury in football players. Methodology of work: In this work was used the method of literary research, mainly foreign, but also Czech literature, obtained mainly from Internet databases and bibliography. For an adequate review of the literature, keywords were set for both domestic literature and foreign publications. Results: Comprehensive review of football injury issues was created by processing a literature review. It has been found that football is one of the most risky sports with a potentially high risk of injury. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the most commonly injured joints are ankle and knee. The most common type of knee injury among football players has been reported in literature sources of meniscus injuries. Aleš Kaplan Aims: With a help of amassing and processing the chosen special literature sources to make an overview of the literature regarding the problematics of sport preparation for the 400m run Methodology: For the overview study a method of analysis of amassed literature sources and then the method of the literatuŕe recherche with the topic of sport preparation for the 400m run was used. Results: We found that nine authors of Theses of Trenérská škola UK FTVS, further four authors of bachelor thesis and thirty four authors of diploma thesis were dealing with the problematics of a 400 m run. There were also four authors studying at other schools, whose work was dealing with this problematics and was available. We also found out that many of theses were created by our elite athletes like rousil, Hegyes, David, Kratochvílová, Fuchsová, Kocembová nebo Tylová. Using the means of basic gymnastics in the training of footballers

Title: Using the means of basic gymnastics skills in the soccer player's training Objectives: The aim of bachelor thesis is evaluate the observation records with questionnaire survey and watch the occurrence of basic gymnastics skills in category older preparation U9. Another important aim is suggest a set of physical exercises and summarize general recommendations for coaching practice. Methods: The theoretic past is elaborated by the form of literary research dealing with theme of bachelor thesis. The main method of this thesis is observation the use of gymnastics in training units. Content analysis was used in observation records. Another method is questionnaire survey. Obtained data from the questionnaire are processed by standard statistical methods in Microsoft Excel. Results: The result is containing data obtained by questionnaire survey and analysis of observation records. Another result is suggest set of physical exercises usable in training of football players in the competition period category U9.
