Single-family house
Diblík, David ; Nespěšný, Ondřej (referee) ; Bečkovský, David (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the design of a new family house built from large-scale, multi-layered CLT panels, and the preparation of project documentation for the construction phase. The building is situated on a gently sloping site in the village of Račice near Dlouhé (Žďár nad Sázavou district). The concept and design respect the surrounding development and all mandatory municipal documents, particularly the zoning plan. The building consists of a single apartment, which, through its layout and material characteristics, corresponds with current technologies and elements in construction. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a separate WC, a utility room, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bedroom with a separate dressing room leading to a private bathroom. The second floor is designed with two rooms each with its own dressing room, a study, and a shared bathroom. The family house is founded on strip foundations made of plain concrete, with vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing elements made from massive wooden CLT panels. The exterior features include contact insulation using wood fiber insulation with façade plaster or ventilated wooden cladding. Horizontal load-bearing structures, such as the ceiling and flat roof with a waterproof membrane weighted down with washed river gravel, are constructed as ribbed ceilings with a limestone screed. The second floor is roofed with a gabled roof covered with aluminum standing seam panels, designed to accommodate photovoltaic panels and utilize alternative energy sources. The building is designed to have nearly zero energy consumption.
Apartment building
Vdoviak, Martin ; Borošová, Renata (referee) ; Brukner, Bohuslav (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis was the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an energy-efficient residential building. The new construction of a detached residential building will be located in the northern part of Nové Město nad Metují on plot no. 258/14 in the cadastral area of Nové Město nad Metují. It is a five-story building with a basement, which includes three atypical floors. The basement contains garage space, technical facilities for the building, and storage areas for the residential building. The above-ground space predominantly consists of residential units, with a store also located on the first above-ground floor, but with its own entrance from the outside. The building is designed for 33 people in 13 different types of residential units. Access to individual units is through a common area of corridors, staircases, and via an elevator. The proposed structural system is wall-based with a stiffening core. The building has two types of roofs: a pitched roof made of wooden trusses above the main part and a single-layer flat roof above the remaining sections, partially accessible and bordered by a parapet. Load-bearing external walls in aboveground floors are made of load-bearing ceramic blocks. Non-load-bearing internal partitions are made of non-load-bearing ceramic blocks. The structure is founded on a foundation slab. The basement's perimeter walls consist of reinforced concrete monolithic walls. The internal load-bearing system consists of reinforced concrete columns. The building is insulated with EPS thermal insulation boards, meeting the requirements for External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems (ETICS). The insulated facade will be a combination of white color and cladding imitating dark stone, while the plinth will be finished with dark gray marble plaster. Sheet metal elements are designed from lacquered galvanized sheet metal in dark gray color. The frames of external openings are dark gray
Víchov cider house and cannery
Gulárová, Aneta ; Muroň, Ivo (referee) ; Ležatka, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a new building primarily used for production and storage and secondarily for administrative space. The building is designed in the area of Tachov in the Víchov part of the town of Černošín in the Pilsen region. Access to the land is from the south side of the main road 230 in the direction from Stříbro to Černošín and the second access is from the west side of the dirt road through the village Víchov (the road is currently unused). Both roads are connected by a newly designed road within the plot. The majority of the newly proposed road is used for the supply and removal of goods. The whole concept is designed with respect to the local conditions and referring to the character of the area and also to the investor's requirements. Due to the scale of the village, the height of the building is adapted. The structure of the building is made up of a wall bearing system, where in the part of the administration and warehouses carries a gable roof, which consists of wooden glued trusses. The roof sheathing is made of corrugated metal sheet, which also forms part of the facade. The external façade is made up of timber cladding and cladding made of folded sheet metal. A separate logo was also designed for the building as part of the study, which is located on the front façade of the office building. The proposed building SO.01 will be used as an administrative building for the employees of the cooperage and cannery, who are also part of the production but also administration and management. The building also includes dining facilities for all employees, locker rooms and offices, as well as a showroom for visitors and meeting space for any business meetings of the owner. The building also serves as a representative object of the entire proposal. In the proposed building SO.02 will be located exclusively production or waste warehouse, or warehouse of unprocessed fruit. Dry storage and product storage is not part of the project.
