Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace bytového domu v Břeclavi. Objekt je postaven ze systému POROTHERM, je podsklepený a má sedlovou střechu. Jedná se o objekt se třemi nadzemními podlažími, kde se nacházejí bytové jednotky. V podzemním podlaží se nachází technické zázemí budovy. Dále je navržena samostatně stojící garáž o 4 parkovacích místech, která je postavena ze systému POROTHERM a má plochou střechu. Zastřešení objektu tvoří dvouplášťová sedlová střecha s nosnou částí tvořenou vazníky. Stavba je zateplena pomocí tepelněizolačních tvárnic v nadzemní částí a v podzemní části pomocí extrudovaného polystyrenu. Zastavěná plocha bytového domu je 164,60 m2 a garáže 92,40 m2. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a apartment building in Břeclav. The building is constructed using the POROTHERM system, it has a basement, and a pitched roof. It is a building with three above-ground floors, housing residential units. The underground floor contains the technical facilities of the building. Furthermore, a standalone garage with 4 parking spaces is designed, also constructed using the POROTHERM system and having a flat roof. The roofing of the building consists of a double-layer pitched roof with the supporting structure made of trusses. The building is insulated using thermal insulation blocks in the above-ground part and extruded polystyrene in the underground part. The footprint of the aparment building is 164.60 m2 and the garage is 92.40 m2.
