Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá novostavbou primárne slúžiacou k výrobe a skladovaniu a sekundárne k administratívnym priestorom. Objekt je navrhnutý v oblasti Tachov v časti Víchov mesta Černošín v Plzeňskom kraji. Prístup k pozemku je z južnej strany z hlavnej cesty 230 v smere zo Stříbra do Černošína a druhý prístup je zo západnej strany poľnou cestou cez obec Víchov (komunikácia je v súčasnosti nevyužívaná). Obe komunikácie sú prepojené novo navrhnutou komunikáciou v rámci pozemku. Väčšiu časť novo navrhnutej komunikácie tvorí zásobovanie a odvážanie tovaru. Celý koncept je navrhnutý vzhľadom k lokálnym podmienkam a odkazujúc na charakter územia a taktiež na požiadavky investora. Vzhľadom na mierku obce, je prispôsobená výška objektu. Konštrukcia objektu je tvorená stenovým nosným systémom, kde v časti administratívy a skladov nesie sedlovú strechu, ktorú tvoria drevené lepené väzníky. Strešný plášť je tvorený falcovaným plechom, ktorý tvorí aj časť fasády. Vonkajšia fasáda je tvorená dreveným obkladom a obkladom z falcovaného plechu. Pre objekt bolo navrhnuté aj samostatné logo vrámci štúdie, ktoré sa nachádza na čelnej fasáde administratívnej budovy. Navrhnutý objekt SO.01 bude slúžiť ako administratívna budova pre zamestnancov Moštárne a konzervárne, ktorí sú súčasťou aj výroby ale aj administratívy a vedenia. Súčasťou objektu sú taktiež jedálenské priestory pre všetkých zamestnancov, šatne a kancelárie, taktiež showroom pre návštevníkov a jednacie priestory pre prípadné obchodné stretnutia majiteľa. Objekt slúži taktiež ako reprezentatívny objekt celého návrhu. V navrhnutom objekte SO.02 bude umiestnená výhradne iba výroba prípadne sklad odpadov, alebo sklad nespracovaného ovocia. Suchý sklad a sklad výrobkov nie je súčasťou riešeného projektu.
This bachelor thesis deals with a new building primarily used for production and storage and secondarily for administrative space. The building is designed in the area of Tachov in the Víchov part of the town of Černošín in the Pilsen region. Access to the land is from the south side of the main road 230 in the direction from Stříbro to Černošín and the second access is from the west side of the dirt road through the village Víchov (the road is currently unused). Both roads are connected by a newly designed road within the plot. The majority of the newly proposed road is used for the supply and removal of goods. The whole concept is designed with respect to the local conditions and referring to the character of the area and also to the investor's requirements. Due to the scale of the village, the height of the building is adapted. The structure of the building is made up of a wall bearing system, where in the part of the administration and warehouses carries a gable roof, which consists of wooden glued trusses. The roof sheathing is made of corrugated metal sheet, which also forms part of the facade. The external façade is made up of timber cladding and cladding made of folded sheet metal. A separate logo was also designed for the building as part of the study, which is located on the front façade of the office building. The proposed building SO.01 will be used as an administrative building for the employees of the cooperage and cannery, who are also part of the production but also administration and management. The building also includes dining facilities for all employees, locker rooms and offices, as well as a showroom for visitors and meeting space for any business meetings of the owner. The building also serves as a representative object of the entire proposal. In the proposed building SO.02 will be located exclusively production or waste warehouse, or warehouse of unprocessed fruit. Dry storage and product storage is not part of the project.
