The Proposal for Digitalization of the Recruitment Process in a Personnel Agency in Brno

The diploma thesis deals with the challenge in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of the branch of the personnel agency situated in Brno. The theoretical part contains literature searches in the field of digitalization of the recruitment process of personnel agencies through strategic management and a description of selected analytical-research and evaluation methods used in this area and type of research. The analytical part contains the application of selected analytical-research methods in order to identify key factors for assessing the possibility of digitalizing the local strategy of the Brno branch, whose conclusions enter the COP method for subsequent evaluation. Based on the results obtained, in the design part, a suitable variant of the further direction of the company is chosen and its elaboration into more specific interventions.

The thesis is created with the goal design a communication strategy of a selected recruitment agency. Literary research defines the basic issues from a theoretical aspect. The practical part is based on an expert´s theory and analyses the environment of recruitment agencies in the Czech Republic. The external and internal environment of the specific recruitment agency has been investigated. The result of the analysis is to compile a SWOT analysis and to propose a new element of the communication strategy in order to make it more effective. The presented proposals are based on a questionnaire survey, which respondents are students of secondary schools and universities in the Czech Republic.

The thesis deals with analysis of current fettle and efficiency of information system used in a concrete personnel agency. In a review of literature there are presented an important information about personnel agencies, human resource management and efficiency of information systems. In the empirical part the received data from information system are analyzed by a method of content analysis. Based on findings of the analysis the proposals of more effective using of information system and human resource management are formulated.

Part of the bachelor thesis is the theoretical part related to the topic, the analytical part and the proposal for the establishment of a personal agency. SLEPT analysis, market analysis and SWOT analysis will be used in the analytical part of the bachelor thesis. Final part of this thesis contains assessing the implementation of the proposal.

The master´s thesis deals with the creation of the business plan for a recruitment agency establishment. In the first part there is a theoretical basis for the following two parts. The second part of thesis mainly analyses the macroenvironment and microenvironment. Third, the proposal part, contains the business plan with all of its components. The main task of this thesis is to assess whether to implement the plan or not.
Payroll Accounting in Staffing Agency

This bachelor thesis presents the insight into functioning of staff agencies and processes which lead to payroll processing in such an agency. At the same time it aims to approach the selected aspects from the field of agency employment and payroll accounting. The work also contains a description of the process of filling the data relating to payroll and personnel administration into the system. It also includes the correct calculation of wages according to the applicable legislation. Last but not least the work analyzes the processing of payroll and a personal agenda in a particular agency in terms of the most common mistakes in the area of payroll accounting. Proper processing, calculation and accounting is also explained practically on individual examples. In conclusion, the work focuses on suggesting possible changes. This thesis is processed by using the documents of the staff agency JR Profiservice, s. r. o.
Activities of the personal agency

At present, every employer is aware of how important it is to have a reliable employee. The busy time forces the employer to save costs. Costs include time. These costs can be saved by a personal agency. The personal agency specializes in recruiting and selecting employees. We must be familiar with basic concepts, history of human resources and the problems connected with this area. The procedures that the selected agency uses in its processes are observed. Data are obtained from three different personal agencies and personnel departments are gathered through standardized and non-standardized interviews and questionnaire surveys. Results are obtained from graphs. Based on the data and their analysis, problem areas are defined and appropriate recommendations to staffing agencies are made.

This bachelor thesis discusses the topic of methods of selection. The aim of the thesis is to provide the summary of methods which are mentioned in professional literature and also methods used by employment agencies. The aim is also to evaluate these methods. The thesis consists of four parts. The first one is devoted to the aims of the thesis and its methodological solutions. The author focuses on the characteristic of process of selection and she also gives readers an idea of concrete methods which are used during the selection in the theoretical part. The characteristic of chosen employment agencies and methods which they use during the selection process constitute the practical part of this thesis. The author evaluates and interprets gained findings in the last part of this thesis.
The Analysis of the Personnel Activities in XYZ Company

The thesis looks at the personnel management in XYZ company. The main benefit of this thesis is identification of personnel management problems of this company and proposals for future solutions. The thesis is devided into a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part, based on proffesional publications, is focused on describing definitions related to the topic and also on describing a nowadays personnel activities in human resource management. Practical part is focused on the issues of the personnel agency XYZ, especially on the analysis of its personnel actvities. Methods used in this thesis are analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the comapny, comparison of theory and application in real business, analysis of intern documentation, semi-structured interview and a survey. Based on this analysis were made some recommendations for improvement of personnel activities and for increase efficiency of the company.
