The analysis of customer satisfaction is realized in the company KOVONA SYSTEM a.s. and based on questionnaire which is sent to clients to fill out. The output of this thesis includes proposals which should increase the customer satisfaction.

Bachelor thesis "Evaluation of the financial situation and proposals for its improvement" is concerned with methods of financial analysis and assessment of the financial situation of the company CLIM-Tech Ltd. The first part defines the theoretical foundations of financial analysis methods, instruments, indicators and methods of use. In the second part we can find the application of selected methods of financial analysis for the company CLIM-Tech Ltd. The last part deals with possible proposals to improve the financial situation of the company based on the financial analysis used in the second part.

In my bachelor thesis I will solve managing the contract through company. I decided arrange this topic in specific company, witch gave me some materials, witch I used to describe the whole situation. I will focus specialy to ULO systém (ultra low oxygen), witch will be analysing, and on base of my resaults I bring my own solutions.

Suggestions for improvement in long-termed material property economy

This work solves the problems with taking care of capital goods in the firm DT-Výhybkárna a strojírna, a.s. The work is elaborated from the analysis of present situation in the firm, the heed is oriented to the most important areas, especially the organisation and maintenance activity and taking care of assets. The result of the performed analysis is identification of bad spots. Proposal is submitted in the second part of the work in order to solve the problems found by performing the work. At the end economical evaluation of the proposal and statement of assumptions of the extended work result to firm use is performed.

Risk Management in OSH in the Manufacturing Process

The diploma thesis focuses on the issues of risks in manufacture company from the prospective occupational health and safety at work (OHS). The first part of the diploma thesis contains theoretical background of the OHS process then proceeds with analysis and corresponding risks identification. There are suggested solutions on the concrete examples in the model company which completely eliminate discovered risks or at least reduce them. The final part of the diploma thesis summarizes conclusions and presents recommendations.

The thesis entitled Selected Musical Activities Usable in the School Clubs deals with the school club as a place for leisure and musical activities that can be used here. In the introductory chapters of this theoretical thesis describes the basic characteristics of the target group, school club as a place for spending leisure time and at the same time as a facility for leisure education and music activities. In the next part of the thesis, I describe my own proposal for music activities school clubs, which can serve as an inspiration for teachers and other educators.

The content of this bachelor thesis is a financial analysis of the company Kosyka, s. r. o. for ten consecutive accounting periods. The theoretical part presents all the necessary tools to complete this thesis. In the practical part, these tools are used on the monitored company to obtain the basis for proposals for measures. The proposal part uses the knowledge gained from the practical part to propose appropriate measures that will improve the financial situation of the monitored company.

Multicultural education among children in the first stage of primary school.

Multicultural education in primary school is now increasingly part of formal education, influencing the learning environment and the relationships between the pupils themselves. This master thesis deals with the possibilities and pitfalls of multicultural education, what multiculture is, where it is heading, it also deals with project-based learning, which has great potential in teaching cross-cutting topics that are part of the curriculum, because it allows to look into the issue at hand from the perspective of different educational areas. There is also an insight into its implementation in school teaching, how it is integrated into various subjects in primary school teaching. The practical part is devoted to one of the very topical topics of multicultural education, i.e. integration of pupils with OMJ into the classroom collective. The opinions and attitudes of teachers who encounter this issue, which is very often encountered in multicultural education, and the results of this investigation, where teachers anonymously filled in a questionnaire, which I subsequently evaluated, are also expressed. To a lesser extent, the views and attitudes of pupils are also recorded here, which I also consider important; these are pupils in one 5th grade primary school, as they themselves perceive this ongoing...
