The concept of existence by Karl Jaspers

EN: Jaspers came to philosophy from medicine and psychology. Unique personal situation, authentic life experience, unrepeatable faithful self-respect turned psychopathologist Jaspers from psychiatric physiology of soul to the thesis of ciphers of transcendence, borderline, edge and horizon. He constituted his own pattern of the thinker not only as an explaining teacher, but also as co-creator of original ethics, based on deep comprehension of the other, importance of encompassing communication between man and man. First section of my work deals with the concept of Border. Our attitudes and picture of the universe and its evaluation are limited by borders. The holistic complex being remains behind the horizon The second part is dedicated to border-line situation as an phenomenon of possibility, as seen from the point of view of Jaspers own existence, as presented in his Philosophy, including commentary based on new translations by Vaclav Nemec Closing part deals with existential communication and holistic transition from possible to new horizons of transcendence. The aggressive behaviour in the NHL

Title: The aggressive behaviour in the NHL. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze NHL fighting phenomenon. The analysis will be realized as a research study. At first, sources of the thesis will be described. Then, there will be mentioned contemporary backgrounds and theoretical points included theory of aggressiveness in everyday sport. Complex view on the aggressive behaviour within the NHL will be assigned as a main part of whole thesis. Main part will contain historical view, ongoing trends of NHL and brief glance to rules of the NHL. Methods: Basic information from the field of NHL fighting was compiled by direct method of research and by method of induction. Research via comparative method was used marginally. Results: Results of my thesis will help to understand and to light up aggressive behaviour phenomenon in NHL. This issue is not published in European countries. Thesis will help to why hockey players do fight, where are roots of the NHL brawling or how is an attitude of officials in NHL. World War 1 in Czech and World Literature

in English language This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the World War I reaction in Czech and world literature. Three works from the Czech literature and two novels from the world literature were chosen. Each of them has been analysed regarding its composition, characters and the main idea. The main focus was on how the war effected the human behaviour. In the analyses the historical context and individual authors were taken into account. In the course of writing the thesis was found out that the WWI reactions differ in many ways regarding for the authors' intentions, their personal war experience and also for the war situation which each of the authors' home country was in.

Studie „Boj proti obchodování s lidmi v dokumentech EU“ se zaměřuje na legislativní nástroje EU pro boj proti obchodování s lidmi. Studie se věnuje v první části obecným souvislostem boje proti obchodování s lidmi, včetně vnitrostátního i mezinárodního rozměru. Těžištěm práce je pak přehled a analýza legislativních opatření EU, zahrnujíc v to primární i sekundární prameny práva EU. Závěrem je nastíněn vývoj této oblasti z hlediska de lege ferenda.
