CZ: Jaspersův jedinečný osud a věrnost sobě samému považuji za zdroj jeho originálního projevu. Zůstává pro mne vzorem filosofa nejen jako vykladače, ale i spolutvůrce svébytné etiky. V první části práce zkoumám téma hranice. Naše postoje a obrazy světa spolu se způsoby našeho hodnocení představují z hlediska člověka pomyslnou hranici k plnému a celistvému bytí. Texty vybírám a interpretuji na podkladě vlastních překladů z Jaspersovy "Psychologie der Weltanschauungen"(Psychologie světových názorů). Soustředím se na charakteristiku postojů a obrazů světa z hlediska subjektivity. Sleduji vývoj autorova názoru na "pravou" filosofii a nově vznikající vlastní formu filosofie jako pojednání. Ve druhé části se zaměřím na mezní situace. Z hlediska Jaspersovy existence jde o fenomén možnosti. Čerpám jak z Psychologie světových názorů, tak z originálu Jaspersovy třísvazkové "Philosophie", především z jejího druhého dílu"Existenzerhellung"(Prosvětlování existence) a zároveň z nově přeložené části o mezních situacích od Václava Němce. Hlavním tématem budou tzv. všeobecná hlediska: hodnocení, antinomická struktua světa a konečně mezní situace. V závěrečné třetí části vycházím ze zmíněného druhého dílu Jaspersovy Filosofie. Zaměřím se na existenciální komunikaci a přechod od možné existence k novému obzoru... EN: Jaspers came to philosophy from medicine and psychology. Unique personal situation, authentic life experience, unrepeatable faithful self-respect turned psychopathologist Jaspers from psychiatric physiology of soul to the thesis of ciphers of transcendence, borderline, edge and horizon. He constituted his own pattern of the thinker not only as an explaining teacher, but also as co-creator of original ethics, based on deep comprehension of the other, importance of encompassing communication between man and man. First section of my work deals with the concept of Border. Our attitudes and picture of the universe and its evaluation are limited by borders. The holistic complex being remains behind the horizon The second part is dedicated to border-line situation as an phenomenon of possibility, as seen from the point of view of Jaspers own existence, as presented in his Philosophy, including commentary based on new translations by Vaclav Nemec Closing part deals with existential communication and holistic transition from possible to new horizons of transcendence. My interpretation of chosen excerpts comes mostly from "Psychologie der Weltanschauungen." Quotations appear in my own translation.
