This Master thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in the selected company. The theoretical part of the work describes the basic concepts and knowledge of the issue. In the analytical part of the thesis, an analysis of the current state of the problem and an evaluation of internal and external factors influencing the remuneration system in the selected company were made. Based on the results of the analysis, the company has received suggestions to enhance the remuneration system that should improve the current situation.

Subject of this thesis is employees’ evaluation, remuneration and motivation in a particular company. In order to properly motivate employees, must be a system of evaluation and remuneration fair and understandable to employees. The aim of this work is based on theoretical knowledge gained in the first part and analysis of combination compensation in part two, suggest a more efficient system of employees’ reward and motivation. This should lead to greater satisfaction and improved employee service and thus to improve company performance.

The bachelor thesis is focusing on the employee benefit system of a particular company. It is divided into three parts. The first part contains a theory based on professional publications that deals with employee remuneration and benefits. Follows the second part, which analyzes the current state of the employee benefit system of the company and the internal and external factors that are affecting it. Third, and therefore the last part presents proposals for the develompent of the existing employee benefit system of a particular company.

In final part of thesis are recommended changes of employee remuneration system for increased employee motivation and satisfaction

The first part is focused on the theoretical foundations based on professional publications that deal with the fundamental topics which are oriented on employee remuneration. It is followed by the second part, which deals with the analysis of the current remuneration system and the impact of internal and external factors on the company. The last part of the work focuses on improvements to this system.

This diploma thesis deals with motivation and remuneration of employees. Theoretical part is focused on explanation of the terms in this issue. Practical part is focused on specific company Globus ČR, v.o.s. In the next part of diploma thesis processed a level of research of motivation of system of remuneration which will be made by a questionnaire survey and by semistructured interview. Based on those methods will be created suggestions which will help to set motivation plan and improve system of evaluation of employees in company Globus ČR, v.o.s.
