The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for the improvement of the communication mix in a selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge about marketing and definitions of selected analyzes. The second part consists of analysis of environment of the selected company and marketing research concerning the satisfaction of the company's existing foreign customers. The final part contains the proposals for improving the communication mix, which were created based on the analysis.

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of customer satisfaction of authorized dealer and car repairer CARent a.s Brno. The thesis uses partial analyzes to determine the current state of the marketing environment and also conducts a marketing survey. Based on the results of the marketing survey, measures are proposed to increase the level of customer satisfaction so far.

The first part of this thesis will explain an analyses the process and management of the already executed building project „Reconstruction of the storage hall of Borfers a.s.“. The second part will give suggestions of how to manage building project in AAA COLOR company, whereas the final part will explain the possibility of realisation of those suggestions and their positive contribution to the company.

The second part of the work will be dealt with dissatisfaction based on the data from the questionnaire and on the analysis marketing enviroment. In conclusion will be mentioned improvement proposal for the total satisfaction.

This master thesis is focused on the measurement of customer satisfaction and building up the relationship between the company and the customer. The aim of this thesis is to apply gained theoretical data to practical measurement of customer satisfaction in H & M Hennes & Mauritz CZ, s.r.o. The task of the practical side is the proposal of improvement in providing services, according to the result of measurement of the customer satisfaction analysis which was implemented.
