Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením průběhu zakázky obchodním podnikem a následně navrhuje opatření vedoucí ke spokojenosti zákazníka z pohledu dodacích termínů a jakosti tak, aby společnost měla spokojené a loajální zákazníky a mohla zlepšovat svoje postavení na trhu. This thesis deals with the contract award in business company and suggests remedies to make the customer satisfied with the date of delivery and quality. This way the company can gain more satisfied and loyal customers and better their market position.
