Analysis of the real estate market price in border regions

The goal of my research and study is to analyze market prices of the real estate properties on the borders of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria. Based on the collection of the needed data, there are databases made in which the real estates are categorized by the type, disposition and location. According to the database, we can then calculate the average market prices of the real estate properties which we can later compare to the border regions' standards. Likewise, we also consider the specific structure of the database in the outputs, which helps us to outline the different factors influencing the property price. Special attention is paid to those factors which play a big part in the real estate prices. Likewise, we considered the other factors increasing the property market price in the study.

Linear features of agricultural landscape of the Pilsen region border area

This diploma thesis is focused on the development of linear features in agricultural area of the Pilsen region border area. Transformation in the landscape microstructure are researched by an evaluation of the linear features changes. The states in the middle of the 20th century and in the present are compared by the indicator 'density of the linear features in the agricultural landscape'. According to the assumption, the number of the linear features has noticeably declined. The biggest declined number refers to the linear features of communications. The number of the dry vegetation and wet watercourses linear features has slightly increased. Concerning length, the biggest decrease refers to the number of the narrowest and narrow linear features, while the number of wide linear features have increased. The decline of the linear features is more noticeable in areas struck by the expulsion of Czech Germans than in areas where Czech inhabitants have lived. The assumption, that demographical changes had influenced changes in the microstructure of the border areas, was proved. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

German-Czech Relations in the 1930s in Krupka

The present thesis is concerned with Czech-German relations in Krupka in the 1930s. The theoretical part presents a historical overview of the situation in Czechoslovakia and the Sudetenland. Drawing upon the chronicle of the town of Krupka, it also provides information on the town's history. The empirical part of the thesis deals with Czech-German relations in Krupka. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews conducted with survivors. The conclusion provides an evaluation of status differences between Czechs and Germans in Krupka in the 1930s.

Assertion of Czechs on the Labour Market in Germany

This bachelor thesis engages in multinational labour market and labour migration in the European Union, it's history and evolution focusing especially on the Czech Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany. The bachelor thesis takes account of the basic macroeconomic quantities like unemployment or wage policies, compares them and explores dependencies on location, sex or education of the employees. It focuses on the tax policies and social policies as well. The bachelor thesis solves particular figures considering the distribution of the Czech employees in the Federal Republic of Germany, depending on the geographical location, age, sex or education. The bachelor thesis occupies with the most common branches, Czech people find their use in, too. In the practical part of this bachelor thesis, the attractiveness of working in Germany for FM VŠE students is being solved.

In first part of this work are evaluated each municipality in the territory, and then the whole area of the Czech Canada. In the work is a SWOT analysis of the area and the Czech Canada is compared with other marginal regions.

The thesis ``Tourism potentials and the possibilities of their next activation in South Bohemian-Austrian and South Bohemian-German border region{\crqq} aims to describe the present situation of tourism in South Bohemian frontier area, which has been developing especially after the borders with the Republic of Austria and the Federal Republic of Germany were opened in 1989 and after the Czech Republic acceded to the European Union in 2004. The thesis focuses, as the title suggests, particularly on the potentials and the gravitation of tourist attractions and presents the possibilities of their next development in the defined region.
