The Machines and Tools for the Fineblanking Technology

This work provides a brief overview of the used machines and tools designed for fineblanking. Fineblanking is a technology from the field of the surface forming, suitable especially for mass production, which can be used to make a functional component in a single operation. This work also lists the various methods of precision cutting, and describes the tools, that are the main reason for the quality of the product. Furthermore, in this work are listed some examples from today in practice used machines and their planting into the entire complex of production lines.
Production of forging piece "Spanner"

Projects developed within the bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, presented a proposal technology forged wrench - the hot-rolled steel bars 11 523.0. The thesis also compares the past with conventional methods of production and considering the new technological process of manufacturing. Based on the literature studies about fitting and calculations, was chosen to die forging hammer KHZ 2 A (producer ŠMERAL Brno, plant Hronov), with nominal energy of 20 kJ working pressure of 16 MPa and 30 kW electric power.

The Bachelor thesis provides a brief overview of the various types of machines and tools used in metal forming. The paper discussed today and earlier used types of machines and tools.The basic types of machines are: a mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, hammers and rotary thermoforming machines. For each type are explained principles, characteristics, advantages and disadvantages.
Press model included Safety function

This thesis deal with creation of learning press model included safety function. Hardware implementation and ordering particular components is described. Designed service program is explained. This program is created in development system RS - logix 5000 by ladder diagram language. Panel view is used for better transparent of the process. Service program for this panel is created in development system RS - ViewStudio. Every possibilities of model usage are described.

The bachelor thesis provides characterization of power machines, basic division and a brief overview of the various types of force machines used in metal forming. Used machines are characterized in this thesis. Basic description and principle with examples of practical usage are stated for each type of power machines.
Construction and shearing tool production

The bachelor work describes construction and production of the progressive tools, which is used for production of lugs for car Škoda Octavia combi. The lugs are made from material number 1.0396. There were elaborated research from the field of shearing and bending. These technologies were used for production of desired part. In the instrument are made both left and right parts, which are mirror. There are also solved different difficulties in the construction. The instrument should have life cycle 3 000 000 of produced parts. The instrument is used in the 160 tons eccentric press of brand Dirinler, model CDCS P81. To the eccentric press is connected automatic straightener and dispenser, so that there is not necessity of service. The instrument is given yet and is involved in the full operation.
Factors influencing the quality of red wine

In my thesis, I focused on monitoring of microorganisms in the sample of red grape juice and on the interactions between yeasts, bacteria and filamentous fungi. Three different media were applied for the cultivation of microorganisms; firstly for monitoring of total volume of microorganisms, secondly for yeasts and third time for lactic acid bacteria. The indirect method was used for the determination of the amount of viable cells. This method consists in enumerating of visible macroscopic colonies grown up on agar plates. When the cells grew up, the forms of colonies were analyzed visually and the morphology of microorganisms was detected microscopically. The operating time of enzymes in grape juice in the production of red wine was monitored after application of commercial enzymatic preparation. The enzym action in grape juice was observed on the basis of the process of degradation of high – molecular substrate by enzymes through the use of Ubbelohd´s viscometer. The research findings provided a lot of knowledge about the occurance of microflora in the process of production of red wine. The commercial preparations added to grape juice played a significant role.

Single step are described in those work according to which workplace assembly are put together, division pneumatic cylinder to single constructional insider division and operation on single workplace and description these workplace. Analysis proposal is implementation in the end.
Stress-strain analysis of winepress frame

This bachelor’s thesis deals with stress-strain analysis of winepress frame. The press is made of self help. No analysis has been performed for it yet. The thesis contains its detailed research, then basic research about other winepresses and research in the Mechanics of Materials. A computational model was set and stress-strain analysis was done in an analytical approach and numerical approach using the program ANSYS. Everything was evaluated in the discussion of the results, including the achievement of the safety factor to limit the state of elasticity. A system approach was used in the entire bachelor’s thesis.
