Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank

The bachelor's thesis on the topic Use of social networks for recruiting new employees in the bank is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on human resources management, employer branding and issues in the field of personnel activities. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis, ČSOB bank is introduced and defined, which social networks the bank uses and for what purpose. As part of the interviews with ČSOB representatives, information related to the use of social networks in the recruitment of employees at the bank was found. This was followed by an analysis of the success of the bank's social networks and to what extent the recruitment of new employees is related to the use of social networks. At the same time, a SWOT analysis was carried out, which was prepared on the basis of a study of internal documents and an analysis of the use of social networks for the recruitment of new ČSOB employees. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, there are suggestions for recommendations for individual changes, solutions and innovative procedures based on the information obtained.
Human Resource Management Focused on Recruiting and Selecting Employees in a Chosen Sector

This bachelor thesis is specifically focused on laundry companies in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to analyse the current situation in the field of human resources management and personnel activities in a chosen sector and then to set out proposal for improving the existing run of the companies. The analysis of the companies was made via questionnaire survey for personnel staff and labourers. The data obtained from the analysis mainly relate to the recruitment of new employees. According to the results, there was evaluated the state of human resources management in the companies and suggested several solutions to improve the current situation.

Human Resource Management in Relation to Industry 4.0

The purpose of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the human resource management in the company in relation to Industry 4.0 and on the basis of the acquired results suggest the arrangements for improvement the human resource management. For research purposes of the thesis was selected a midsize company Firma XY, operating in the engineering industries. The thesis is divided into two parts. First, literary part, is based on information related to the management of human resources, personal activities and Industry 4.0 and it is described on the basis of Czech and foreign literary sources. The second analytical part focuses on the description of selected personnel activities in the company, Industry 4.0, interview and questionnaire survey of employees. All the information obtained allows to propose measures to improve human resources management in the company.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate the area of human resources management in a selected company and subsequently propose possible changes that would lead to the improvement of the current situation. The work is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the explanation of the nature of human resources management, a description of the tasks and goals of human resources management and the characteristics of individual personnel activities that occur in the company. The second part introduces the selected organization. An interview with the manager and a questionnaire survey were also conducted. Based on the information obtained from the interview, the individual personnel activities were described and subsequently the results of the questionnaire survey were evaluated. In the end, based on the information obtained, measures are proposed to improve the current situation.
Evaluation of human resources management in a selected company

The goal of this thesis is the evaluation of human resources management in a selected company. Based on the analysis of human resources management of the selected company, the aim is to suggest and point out possible changes and improvements in this area. Particular attention is paid to revelation of the current state of human resources management in the company. The theoretical part mentious the concept of human resources management and the accompanying basic concepts. Furthermore, this thesis points out the tasks and sense of human resources management and their strategies. The end of the theoretical part is given the content of individual personnel activities. Using the information gathered from corporate documents, questionnaire solution, interviews with the general manager and existing employees, potential changes were proposed to improving human resource management in the selected company.
