Low cost influencer marketing campaingn for Armed King, s.r.o.

Influencer marketing is an increasingly common form of promotion of products or services of smaller and larger companies worldwide. However, in the last few years it has become an increasingly expensive one, which can be problematic not only for start-ups but also for small and medium-sized businesses with generally lower advertising budgets. The aim of this thesis is therefore to design a low-budget influencer campaign for Armed King, s.r.o., a company selling airsoft goods and services. The combination of influencer marketing and the still very limited coverage of the topic of airsoft is very unique. Thus, in this thesis it will be examined in more detail whether even in the case of such a specific industry as airsoft it will be non- negligible. Due to the specific legislative and marketing situation in the airsoft market, the thesis will also examine individual social networks to see if they are suitable for collaborating with influencers. The thesis will use the compilation of personas to define suitable groups of influencers for the needs of the company to build the campaign itself. The bachelor thesis is focused on the processing of marketing campaign with the selected social network. The theoretical section deals mainly with informations about marketing communication on the internet, social media and social networks and relationship between them. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a marketing campaign for the Slovak flower shop Kvety Timea while considering selected marketing objectives. The marketing campaign is created through the social network - Facebook. The content of this campaign consists of acquainting with selected subject, evaluation of competitors, target audience and the current state of promotion. After the implementation of the marketing campaign, thesis reviews achieved particular results. The final part consists of overall campaign results and recommendations for the future.

The thesis contains both research and analytical part and part of the detailed design of the product and its introduction to the relevant market. The thesis also makes significant use of methods based on the analysis of the company's marketing mix. Finally, the thesis presents an economic evaluation of the product itself.
Marketing as a tool for civil society organizations to promote public interests

The diploma thesis deals with the use of marketing strategies as tools of civil sector organizations to promote public interests. The first part of the thesis serves to clarify the theory of organized civil sector, marketing strategies of civil sector organizations and the legislative process in the Czech Republic, including clarification of the concept of public interest. The second part of the thesis consists of qualitative empirical research, which aims to describe the whole form of the selected campaign created to promote public interest in the form of legislative change while understanding how campaigners evaluate the campaign and how they perceive cooperation between civil society organizations and marketing agencies for the implementation of the campaign. The chosen research method is a case study of the successful marketing campaign of the czech civic sector organization Svoboda zvířat, which contributed to the promotion of the public interest. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a marketing campaign for home battery storage AES, for the company FENIX Trading s.r.o., a member of the group FENIX GROUP a.s., which deals with marketing matters of the group. The campaign is based on the outputs of analyzes performed on the current situation of the company and the assignment of the company itself. Title of the Master's Thesis: Using photographs in marketing campaigns on social networks Abstract: This master's thesis focuses on the issue of authorship of the photographs used in marketing campaigns on social networks. For the purpose of dealing with this matter, the thesis defines how the company which is willing to use the photographs in marketing campaigns on social networks, should act so that there wouldn't be any violation of authorship of photographer or any violation of the photographed person's rights. The thesis also specifies the matter of another author's work that could pose as a theme of a photography. This thesis deals with cultural differences and creation of marketing campaign according to the nationality of the consumer. The theoretical part discusses the principles of marketing campaign, intercultural marketing and cultural diversity. Two researches will be carried out in this work: the first research aims to determine whether advertising enters into a stylish and cultural conflict with the social environment, the second research aims to make recommendations for creating marketing campaigns for selected countries based on secondary data.
