A comparison of approaches in the application of Work-Family Balance of workers in the public and workers in the private sector

This thesis deals with the issue of reconciling work and family as one of the factors that influence satisfaction with work and family life, focusing on the women-mother. Attention is paid to the changing position of women in society, on the labor market and in the family, possible approaches to reproductive behavior and the opportunity offered by the state and employers to harmonize work and family. The work is focused on the comparison of the approaches of employers in the public and private sectors to work-life balance of their employees. Empirical investigation follows the identification of options to facilitate the harmonization of work and family that employers in both sectors offer the most workers, seeks to determine which of these options women use the most, which are the most helpful and which do they miss.

The analytical part focuses on the analysis of the existing remuneration system in the company. In the design part, measures are presented that should lead to a better employee remuneration system and increase their satisfaction.

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to employee benefits from an accounting and tax point of view in a limited liability company. The first part characterizes the research from the professional literature on the given topic, which the bachelor's thesis deals with. The second part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of provided employee benefits in the company. And as part of the collection of analytical data, a questionnaire survey was conducted in the company. The last part of the work is based on the results of the analytical part and based on these results I suggest possible proposals for improving the current provision of employee benefits, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.

The problem faced by the employer is the shortage of employees for a certain type of work and ineffective advertising of vacancies, which is an obstacle for the employer to attract new employees. The thesis consists of three parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to labor relations from a legal, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part is devoted to the analysis of a selected employer. The last part of the bachelor thesis presents proposals for solutions to the given problems including their economic evaluation.

The diploma thesis deals with internal communication in a selected company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, in which the issues of communication, internal communication and manager communication are presented. The second part is the analytical part where the selected company is introduced and then the evaluation and results of the qualitative research are presented. The last part contains recommendations about internal communication based on the results of the semi-structured interviews. After the implementation of these recommendations, the internal communication in the company should improve.
