Specifics of motor development of children with visual impairment of preschool age

The bachelor thesis deals with specifics of motor skills development of preschool children with visual impairment. The theoretical part describes the issues of visual impairment with a focus on the diagnoses that can occur in the children research group. Further discusses the options, how the children with a visual disability can be educated in preschool age. Subsequently, attention is focused on the specifics of development, first on cognitive domain, then on the motor domain. At the end of theoretical part is described the diagnostics of motor skills, especially MABC-2 tests, which is further used in practical part. Main goal of practical part of bachelor thesis was to create, provide and evaluate the effectivity of short intervetion programme for children with visual impairment, that also have weakened motor skills. Programme was compiled individualy, based on case study and input data from MABC-2 test for each children. Evaluation effectiveness of intervention programme was at the end verified by output results from same MABC-2 tests. Although the intervetion programme was assembled and based on individual needs, it´s possible to use it or to be inspired by it for further work with visualy impaired children. On the basis of results, when we´re designing a programme, it´s advisable to set a smaller number of development objectives and to profile more the programme to one part of motor development. At the same time it is important to focus on motivation of children and eventually adapt the programme to the child´s interests. These steps can play a big role in the effectiveness of programme.

The bachelor thesis deals with empolyee benefits from the accounting and tax perspective. The thesis presents their development, an overview of individual benefits and their accounting and tax aspects. Currently, a large number of benefits are offered to attract new empolyees and motivate existing ones. In this thesis, the most popular ones are presented, and it have also identified some new ones that would be of interest to employees.
Violence against women as one of the risk factors of female homelessness

This thesis focuses on homeless women and violence against them as one of the risk factors. The aim is to define the motivational factors preventing homeless women from leaving a violent relationship. The thesis is divided into three main areas. The first part focuses on homelessness and the specificities of homeless women. The second part focuses on the pro-issues of violence and the third part focuses on the motivations and disentangling the very factors that lead homeless women to remain in violent relationships. The work also includes case studies in the form of interviews with the clients of the low-threshold day centre of the St. Paul's House in České Budějovice, which help us to look at some of the issues from the perspective of the clients themselves, and are thus a practical contribution to the complexity of the whole work.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the management of personal development of managers of the business company OMAP Financial Group. The thesis combines the theoretical part, where the basic concepts of management are explained and topics such as personality types, motivation, stress management, time management and personal development are discussed, with the practical part, which includes the analysis of all these areas in selected managers. Based on this analysis, recommendations and suggestions are offered to increase their effectiveness and the overall success of the company.
Motivation and Satisfaction of Managers in the Selected Company

This master's thesis deals with the satisfaction of managers and the correct grasp of the motivational style by management and society. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part, basic concepts are defined: manager, management, leader, leadership. Next, the types of leadership styles of managers are defined and compared. Subsequently, the concept of need, motive, motivation is explained here and the most basic tools for motivation are presented. The empirical part contains a qualitative research study carried out through semi-structured interviews, the aim of which was to answer the main research questions. At the same time, it was investigated what influences this phenomenon and what type of cooperation or help the respondents would welcome to improve their work performance. The goal of this work is to make a concrete proposal that will lead to an increase in work performance.

The theoretical part of the work mainly deals with issues related to motivation, remuneration and motivational benefits. The analytical part of the work deals with the analysis of motivational benefits and overall employee satisfaction. The last part of the work is focused on designing new motivational benefits that should keep employees satisfied and motivated.
Proposal for Changes of Motivational Programme in a Selected Company.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on evaluating the motivation system and proposing changes to this system in the company ANNOVINO VINAŘSTVÍ LEDNICE s.r.o., using quantitative research methodology. The thesis is divided into a theoretical, analytical, and design part. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to motivation, reward system, overall rewards, and the distribution of employee generations. The second part contains an analysis of the current motivational system of the selected company. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey to determine employee satisfaction with the current motivational program. Based on this information, in the conclusion of the thesis, I propose 9 possible suggestions to improve the current system, which could increase employee satisfaction in the future.
Communication and corporate culture in construction engineering

This bachelor thesis is focused on communication and corporate culture in the construction engineering, with an emphasis on importance and improvement. The thesis aims to capture the importance of this topic in the context of the construction engineering. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the issue of communication and culture in the construction industry is examined in detail to provide a comprehensive overview. The practical part presents the results of the research conducted, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data was obtained through questionnaire surveys and guided interviews with employees of selected construction companies. The paper concludes with a summary of partial conclusions and formulates recommendations for improving communication and corporate culture in construction companies. This work included a proposal for a more effective survey methodology and tips for making the industry more attractive to young people.
The influence of travel on the personality of young people

This bachelor thesis deals with two thematic areas - young people's motivation to traveling, especially to long-term travels, and at the same time the role of traveling in shaping their personalities. The author analyzes, among other things, the phenomenon of youth travel, associated with young generation, where young people, after completing their education, prefer traveling combined with seasonal work over building a career, partnerships, and family relationships. In the practical part, she used the method of qualitative research. Through interviews, she aimed to capture not only the motives of individual respondents and the positive influence of the aforementioned way of life on their personalities but also any potential negative impacts. The author reflects on this issue through her own travel experience.
Compensation System for Employees in the Selected Company

The bachelor thesis deals with the remuneration of employees in a selected business. The aim of this thesis is to assess the compensation system for employees in the selected company and to propose steps to improve the efficiency of the system. The thesis provides a theoretical basis that relates to the issue of remuneration of employees, such as basic concepts, principles and theories of remuneration. Based on this theoretical knowledge, an analysis is carried out of the existing remuneration system for employees in the selected business. The analysis includes a survey of wages, benefits and other forms of compensation. Based on the results of the survey, potential changes to the existing remuneration system are proposed to increase employee motivation and improve the efficiency of the firm's work.
