This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of Broker Consulting, a.s. for the period 2015-2021. The evaluation will be made on the basis of financial analysis. Firstly, the objectives, methods and procedures of this thesis are defined. Then the thesis is divided into three parts. The first part contains the theoretical background, which is then applied to the analytical part. And the third part contains a detailed description of the proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of financial situation of the company SINCLAIR Global Group s.r.o. in the years 2017-2021. The first part is focused on the definition of the main objective, sub-objectives and methodology. The next part is devoted to the theoretical background, where the basic theoretical concepts are defined. Subsequently, the practical part is based on the theoretical part. In the practical part, the company is characterized (history, subject of business, organizational structure) and then the methods are used to evaluation of the financial situation of a company. The last part is devoted to the proposals for improvement of the financial situation.

The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of selected indicators and concepts related to financial analysis. In the practical part, the financial analysis is calculated and then the results are evaluated. The final part of the thesis focuses on suggestions for improving the financial situation in the company.

The results of the financial analysis are used to assess the financial health of the company. The thesis is focused on the analysis of economic indicators of Brno Transport Company, Inc. using statistical methods. The issue of time series, regression analysis and selected economic indicators is illustrated in the theoretical part. In the practical part the indicators will be analyzed using time series and regression analysis associated with their predictions for the future. The last part contains recommendations for possible determination of strategies and business objectives.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the overall financial situation of the company TOPMODEL CZ s.r.o. thtough financial analysis. For evaluation I use final accounts from years 2011-2015. An essential part will be also be compared with the competition. I will proceed from these findings and calculations in drafting, which should lead to improved economic results. Competition analysis will try to find a competitive advantage and then I suggest steps, that could help to the company in fight with rivals.
