The ideal first grade teacher trough the eyes of parents

The thesis surveys the perspective of parents of children attending last class of nusery school and investigates what expectation they have about first grade teachers. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part summarizes existing knowledge the main actors wiho are present in the pupil's transition to the first grade, which are the pupil, the family and the teacher. The practical part is focused on a mixed methods study. In the first part quantitative research is used questionnaire method, the research sample comprises the parents of preschool children. The responses reflext the respondent's opinions about idea about first grade teacher in primary school. First grade teachers react to this parent's idea. The semi-structured group interview method is used to find out whether the parent's ideas seem realistic to them and if they satisfy or prove to satisfy this idea about first grade teacher in primary school. The aims of the thesis is to ascertain, how looks the teacher's ideal by parents, which characteristics parents prefer in relation to pupils and parents and how the first grade teachers react on these ideas. Marketing communication of the company when entering the market

The diploma's thesis focuses on the marketing communication of a specific company newly entering the market. The primary goal of the thesis is to create a marketing plan, which is developed based on all collected data. The selected enterprise specializes in financial consulting. Through a survey, customers' opinions on marketing communication in the service sector were collected. The interview with the business owner provided insights into the current and ideal state of marketing communication. Market data were analysed, yielding essential information. On the basis of this supporting data, a marketing communication plan for the Selected Company for the year 2025 was subsequently drawn up. The profitability of this plan was verified by calculation.

An impact of the education using interactive workbook on the efficiency of teaching photosynthesis of aquatic plants

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the influence of teaching with the help of an interactive textbook on the effectiveness of teaching the photosynthesis of aquatic plants. The work is divided into two parts - literature research and analysis of research results. The theoretical part follows on from the bachelor's thesis, which deals with testing students' knowledge of the photosynthesis of aquatic plants. The literary part describes the inclusion of photosynthesis in critical topics in the teaching of natural history and the anchoring of the topic of photosynthesis in the content of natural history and chemistry textbooks. The conclusion of the theoretical part describes the pupils' knowledge of the photosynthesis of aquatic plants and the teaching of environmental education and ecology. The practical part consists of a survey among ninth grade students selected from three elementary schools. An integral part of the investigation is an interview with primary school teachers who teach science. In the interview, questions focused on the issue of digital textbook evaluation are asked. The overall evaluation of the survey shows a positive impact of working with an electronic interactive textbook on pupils' knowledge of photosynthesis and a skeptical view of teachers on working with an interactive textbook.

School gardens from the point of view of primary school pupils

This master's thesis focuses on school gardens and how 5th-grade pupils perceive them. Findings about school gardens, their facilities and educational benefits can be found in the literature review section. The data collection was conducted via survey with the goal of gauging elementary pupils' current opinions on school gardens. Based on the 157 answers, their outlook on school gardens is positive and the pupils themselves would like to spend more time in the gardens as a means of learning outdoors.

This Master's thesis deals with analyses of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the GiTy, a.s. company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains problems of customer satisfaction and loyalty and their measurement. Furthermore, it deals with marketing research, with a focus on questionnaire-based data acquisition. The practical part of the thesis includes the company presentation, survey design and methodology of the data analysis. This part also describes the continuous customer satisfaction measuring system of the company. The implementation of this measuring system was the aim of this thesis.

Bachelor Thesis deals with a study of conditions of tennis activities for children and youth in Hradec Králové. Key expressions on health, management and methods applied in thesis are described in the theoretical part of the paper. Sport hobby groups and current situation of a competitive environment are solved and consequently mapped in the analysis. A concept for a tennis hobby group and its calculation was created on the basis of findings gained from the survey which was run with respondents from primary school in Hradec Králové.

The bachelor thesis prepares new and present knowledge of assessment of sewerage systems of urban catchments. Theoretical part of the thesis describes classical and contemporary integrated concept of draining waste water from urban catchments. In pursuance of contemporary integrated concept, there is a list of methods, which is used for monitoring conditions of sewer system, making a simulative modeling and solving of elementar tasks in water management. Practical part of the thesis uses gained knowledge to assess sewerage systems of Kladeruby nad Oslavou village. The bachelor thesis is written with respect to valid legislation.

This work explores issues of innovation and innovative entrepreneurship. Doctoral thesis focuses on the characteristics of product and process innovation in the construction company. The aim of doctoral thesis is to analyze the situation in terms of innovation, funding sources and measure the effectiveness of innovation processes in general and in the context of construction enterprises using a questionnaire survey. The main objective is to define a systematic procedure for rehabilitation of the building company in crisis, using process innovation and its verification on case study in the construction company.
