Automatic generation of typical schematics in CAD/CAE system
Fiala, Jan ; Kolář, Milan (referee) ; Bátora, Branislav (advisor)
This thesis is devoted to the design of a functional solution for automated generation of type schemes based on defined input parameters of the considered structures. The first part of the thesis includes an introduction to design and basic design documentation standards, control systems with field instrumentation. Then it focuses on the selection of suitable CAD/CAE software with a more detailed description of the chosen software and some of its features. The practical part first introduces the generated parts and the modifications to the initial schematics and documentation required to support automated generation. The process is presented with the generation procedure using concrete examples of documentation. The output of the thesis is represented on two sample projects that includes generated schemas using the proposed methodology.
Data Interface for Sharing of "City Data"
Fiala, Jan ; Špaňhel, Jakub (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to explore existing solutions of closed and open data sharing, propose options of sharing non-public data, implement selected solution and demonstrate the functionality of the system for sharing closed data. Implementation output consist of a catalog of non-public datasets, web application for administration of non-public datasets, application interface gateway and demonstration application.
DNA Computing and Applications
Fiala, Jan ; Petrlík, Jiří (referee) ; Bidlo, Michal (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of an application involving the principles of DNA computing simulation for solving some selected problems. DNA computing represents an unconventional computing paradigm that is totally different from the concept of electronic computers. The main idea of DNA computing is to interpret the DNA as a medium for performing computation. Despite the fact, that DNA reactions are slower than operations performed on computers, they may provide some promising features in the future. The DNA operations are based on two important aspects: massive parallelism and principle of complementarity. There are many important problems for which there is no algorithm that would be able to solve the problem in a polynomial time using conventional computers. Therefore, the solutions of such problems are searched by exploring the entire state space. In this case the massive parallelism of the DNA operations becomes very important in order to reduce the complexity of finding a solution.
Application for Generating of School Schedules
Fiala, Jan ; Horáček, Jan (referee) ; Rozman, Jaroslav (advisor)
This work deals with problem of generating school schedules. The solution is based on three heuristic algorithms (hill-climbing, simulated annealing, genetic algorithm) and is fully implemented in JAVA. It provides a comparison of implemented heuristic algorithms including description of their pros and cons.
Nonlinear Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvesting Device
Fiala, Jan ; Věchet, Stanislav (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis is focused on design and analysis of piezoelectric beam with added non-linear stiffness. The nonlinear stiffness is realized using a permanent magnet and a iron block. Thesis is focused mainly on the analysis of the behaviour of the beam without added electrical load.
Transformation of N.e.s.p.i. System into Web Services
Fiala, Jan ; Lukáš, Roman (referee) ; Květoňová, Šárka (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes the analysis, specification, origin and transformation of the current editing system N.E.S.P.I, which is the intellectual property of the company WebRex s.r.o. The main aim is to separate the administration of the web sites from their content, which can be seen on the Internet and by doing so to achieve the unified and complex administration interface for the customers. By bringing the service into work we do not only save time and simplify the work of the programmers, but we are also able to reach the stage when the editing system is not only the intellectual property of the company, but also its physical property, because the customer owns only the web sites, but the possibility to administrative them is offered as further service. The service should also provide the customers with modern access to informational technologies and propose enhanced assistance for their entrepreneurial plans and ideals.
Data collection from 3D printer
Fiala, Jan ; Baštán, Ondřej (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This work is dedicated to design and implementation of a funcitonal model for data processing from 3D printer using sensors in IoT concept. Measured data will be processed and transfered to basic units with connection to the cloud server for any ongoing work. Part of this work is selection of suitable sensors and system members, creation of a functional model of data transfer and its implementation on a 3D printer.
Information System of Culturally Educational Center
Fiala, Jan ; Lukáš, Roman (referee) ; Květoňová, Šárka (advisor)
My bachelor thesis is focused on the implementation of the Culturally educational Center information system in Jihlava. The main objective of this work is to create information system (farther IS), which uses modern graphic and offers better social services for users. The centre hasn't any IS now and so the new IS will be important source of informations for the customers and broad public.
Design of a quadcopter model
Fiala, Jan ; Dosoudilová, Monika (referee) ; Hůlka, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the creation and implementation of a quadcopter model. The first part summarizes the basic division of unmanned systems and the rules of legislation limiting their operation. Subsequently, the problematics of motion dynamic is discussed. The practical part first describes the selection of components used, their connection, and the creation of the quadcopter frame. The implemented control system and calibration are also described. In the final part, a flight test, price analysis, and rating in comparison with the competitive product are included. The conclusion contains an evaluation of the work, possible improvements, and reflections on the future use of the model.
Smart Tramway in Brno
Fiala, Jan ; Maršík, Lukáš (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is selecting appropriate technologies, that can be used to locate tram while passing through a section where the pantograph should be lowered or raised, design and implementation of localization system. In this solution, radio frequency identification is used as main source of localization, distance from given place is determined by satellite navigation which is used as backup source of localization. The core of the system is the Arduino platform.
