Having Respect for World View Orientation of a Child and His Family in Kindergartens

Diplomová práce se zabývá respektováním světonázorové orientace rodin, jejichž děti navštěvují mateřskou školu, kam si přinášejí své tradice, zvyky a rituály vyplývající z odlišného sociokulturního zázemí i určitého náboženství. Hledá hranice respektu k těmto odlišnostem a uznávané normy v České republice. A zároveň je propojena s interkulturní edukací. V teoretické části přibližuje nejrozšířenější náboženství v České republice a nejpočetnější národnostní menšiny žijící na našem území. Okrajově se zabývá také tzv. sektami. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkoumání a hledání přístupů učitelek mateřských škol k těmto dětem, na vzdělávání pedagogů v otázkách světonázorové orientace a pohled rodičů na tyty otázky. Initial Education Of Early Years Teachers And The Profession's Needs

The thesis deals with undergraduate training of kindergarten teachers. The aim is to compare the issue of preparation for the profession of kindergarten teacher from different perspectives in historical and international comparisons and reflect and analyze the needs of the profession towards initial training kindergarten teachers on the basis of theoretical concepts and statements from practice. The reaserch aims to analyze the curriculum of initial training kindergarten teachers at selected faculties of education in the Czech Republic, analyze and reflect on meeting the needs of the profession in these faculties and learn how to evaluate their students' level of development of their professional competence at the beginning of undergraduate training and at the end. Research design is a multi-case study. Working with reaserch respondents has a longitudinal character. Methods were used quantitative and qualitative methodology - questionnaire, rating scales, content analysis of documents, interview and focus group. Changes in the Realtionship between Teacher and Pupil in the historical Context

The goal of diploma thesis is to follow and capture the changes in the relationship of the central characters of schools, i.e. the teacher and the student. This change is however closely related to the time context and the development of school as an institution. Current pedagogic trends, the church and political circumstances also play a role. I will monitor the change of the relationship between the teacher and the student approximately from the second half of the 15th century until today. This work has a character of a historical study and thus I will use mostly the historic and historic comparative method. Therefore, it will not contain a practical part, but will include only the theoretical one. The necessary information will be taken from historical and contemporary literature.

Bachelor deals with changing of a child and childhood in society and family in the period from 1948 to the present. The whole work is compiled in chronological order. Traditions and rituals in the family and pre-school education as a foundation in value making process of a pre-school child's orientation

This thesis, from the theoretical point of view, is concerned with the role of each generation in the wider, multi-generational family in the present day. The fundamental subject in this study is a preschool child and his/her bond to other family members, who play essential part in the child's upbringing and socialisation (family and its changes, legal status, pro- family political movements, moral education, the role of grandparents, the full meaning of a functional family for a child's healthy development. There is a full description of the research, mapping the way and course of important festivities in the multi-generational families with a different social status, education as well as different educational surroundings in the empirical part of the research. The study examines the role of the oldest generation in handing the traditions and family customs over to the younger generations and the role each member assumes in the realization of the celebration in the multi-generational family living together. Diploma thesis follows the approach to family education teaching through the eyes of the teachers and psychologists. The theoretical part offers a general view to a family issue through the perspective of psychology and sociology, deals with a teaching about family at an elementary school, compares approaches to teaching about families in contemporary Czech and Canadian curricular documents and teaching materials. The research part deals with the teachers' and psychologists' approach to teaching about family.
Past and present education in one - teacher schools in Jičín region on the background of educational history in Slatiny's school

This thesis is analyzing the significance of one - teacher schools in the social and cultural life of a municipality and its positive influence on the overall development in the personality of its students. Among the positive aspects of one - teacher schools are such issues as: family environment, individual approach by teachers, lesser number of students, education leading to independence and responsibility, mutual interaction between children of various ages and elimination of socio - pathologic occurrences. One - teacher schools provide its students with an opportunity to get a quality education same as they would get in the fully organized large schools. In the specific example of one - teacher Slatiny'school in the Jičín municipality this thesis points to the historic establishment of this type of educational institution and its significance on the development of municipality and the regional culture in the current educational system.
Meetings with seniors as an opportunity to teach younger pupils

Rigorous study Meeting up with the senior as an opportunity to teach pupils of younger school age is focused on intergenerational meetings of pupils and seniors in the time of a pandemic, when both of these generations were isolated from the rest of the population. Study contains 9 chapters in total. In the theoretical part in the first 8 chapters, it describes field of intergenerational learning, schooling age, andragogy, educational methods suitable with intergenerational learning, educational goals of children of younger age with the seniors, communication, media activities and their traps in the time of isolation and online schooling and the deprivation of children. In the empiric part, this study is solving the answers to four researchable questions in the qualitative research which was implemented in this case study. Researchable questions are: What kind of influence has intergenerational meetings at the development of children educational process? How is the communication between the participants of intergenerational meetings? How these meetings affect the participants? What is the attitude of institutions to intergenerational meetings? Transforming the Concept and Perspective of the Czech Kindergarten

The aim of the thesis was to systematically record and analyse the transformation of the Czech kindergarten after 1989. To understand the transformation of the kindergarten based on the testimonies of kindergarten teachers with a long touch of practice and to create a coherent continuity of ideas that allow to understand the transformation of Czech pre- school education. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part describes the changes that the education and care of the little ones has undergone over the century. In the introductory chapter, the author briefly discusses the beginnings of preschool education. Knowing that this period is too far removed from the present and from education as a whole, but the central roots and historical transformations of preschool education are so central to the thesis that the author briefly mentions them. After the events of November 1989, Czech preschool was also undergoing transformational changes. The main principle of the transformation of Czech education became a non-directive, partnership approach to the child, based on understanding, respect and tolerance, which is the subject of the last chapter of the theoretical part.
