Cílem práce bylo systematicky zaznamenat a analyzovat proměnu české mateřské školy po roce 1989. Porozumět proměně mateřské školy, která se opírá o svědectví učitelek mateřských škol s dlouhodobým dotykem praxe a vytvořit souvislou kontinuitu myšlenek, které ji umožňují pochopit. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část popisuje změny, kterými výchova a péče o nejmenší v průběhu století procházela. V úvodní kapitole se autorka jen krátce věnuje počátkům předškolní výchovy. S vědomím, že toto období je příliš vzdáleno současnosti a celé výchově, ale stěžejní kořeny a historické proměny předškolní výchovy jsou pro práci natolik zásadní, že je autorka krátce zmiňuje. Po listopadových událostech roku 1989 i česká mateřská škola procházela transformačními změnami. Hlavním principem proměny českého školství se stal nedirektivní, partnerský přístup k dítěti, založený na pochopení, úctě, respektu a toleranci, kterému je věnována poslední kapitola teoretické části. Cílem výzkumné části bylo analyzovat proměnu pojetí a perspektivy české mateřské školy po roce 1989. Prozkoumat a poukázat na změny, kterými předškolní výchova procházela v důsledku probíhajících transformačních změn. Přinést odpověď na to, jaká pozitiva či negativa proměna přinesla do praxe mateřských škol. Zjistit,... The aim of the thesis was to systematically record and analyse the transformation of the Czech kindergarten after 1989. To understand the transformation of the kindergarten based on the testimonies of kindergarten teachers with a long touch of practice and to create a coherent continuity of ideas that allow to understand the transformation of Czech pre- school education. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part describes the changes that the education and care of the little ones has undergone over the century. In the introductory chapter, the author briefly discusses the beginnings of preschool education. Knowing that this period is too far removed from the present and from education as a whole, but the central roots and historical transformations of preschool education are so central to the thesis that the author briefly mentions them. After the events of November 1989, Czech preschool was also undergoing transformational changes. The main principle of the transformation of Czech education became a non-directive, partnership approach to the child, based on understanding, respect and tolerance, which is the subject of the last chapter of the theoretical part.
