Práce se zabývá pregraduální přípravou učitelek mateřských škol. Cílem práce je komparovat problematiku přípravy na profesi učitelky mateřské školy z různých pohledů v historickém i mezinárodním srovnání a reflektovat a analyzovat potřeby profese směrem k přípravnému vzdělávání učitelky mateřské školy na základě teoretických konceptů i výpovědí z praxe. Výzkumné šetření si klade za cíl analyzovat kurikulum přípravného vzdělávání učitelek mateřských škol na vybraných pedagogických fakultách v ČR, analyzovat a reflektovat naplňování potřeb profese u těchto fakult a zjistit, jak hodnotí jejich studenti úroveň rozvoje svých profesních kompetencí na počátku pregraduální přípravy a na jejím konci. Výzkumným designem je vícepřípadová studie. Práce s respondenty šetření má longitudinální charakter. Byly použity metody kvantitativní i kvalitativní metodologie - dotazník, posuzovací škály, obsahová analýza dokumentů, rozhovor a ohnisková skupina. Práce analyzuje kurikulum pregraduální přípravy na PedF UK v Praze, FPE ZČU v Plzni a PF JU v Českých Budějovicích v kontextu modelu profesního standardu. Přináší pohled studentů této přípravy na vlastní rozvoj profesních kompetencí a dává jej do vztahu s analýzou kurikula. Analyzuje silné a slabé stránky profesní přípravy na těchto fakultách a reflektuje oblasti a... The thesis deals with undergraduate training of kindergarten teachers. The aim is to compare the issue of preparation for the profession of kindergarten teacher from different perspectives in historical and international comparisons and reflect and analyze the needs of the profession towards initial training kindergarten teachers on the basis of theoretical concepts and statements from practice. The reaserch aims to analyze the curriculum of initial training kindergarten teachers at selected faculties of education in the Czech Republic, analyze and reflect on meeting the needs of the profession in these faculties and learn how to evaluate their students' level of development of their professional competence at the beginning of undergraduate training and at the end. Research design is a multi-case study. Working with reaserch respondents has a longitudinal character. Methods were used quantitative and qualitative methodology - questionnaire, rating scales, content analysis of documents, interview and focus group.
