European countgryside and its perception

Rural area was traditionally connected with agriculture. To compare with urban, rural areas were considered to be backward, retarded, not worthy of an intensive research. But \nthe situation has changed in the last time. Although cities are still centres of development in the globalization process, people in Europe leave them as a result of the \ntrends of suburbanization and counter - urbanization. We intend to pay our attention on transformation processes of the European countryside. We can focus on more processes occurring there: transformation from productive to non-productive, from central planned to the market oriented countryside, from the mono-functional to the multifunctional, from the national to \nEuropean and globalized. The urbanisation process shows more faces in European countryside. Such a transformation generates many impacts on natural, economic and social \nprocesses occurring in present European countryside.
The development of children's creativity in an environment forest kindergarten

The best way how to awake and support the relationship to nature in children is to be outdoors. Nature works as a learning environment and a playroom of limitless possibilities that naturally develop children's creativity. The aim of this work is the theoretical introduction to the concept of creativity. The thesis tries to present a definition of this term, deals with the nature and importance of creativity. More specifically, it represents the creativity in preschool age and developmental stage within the context of creativity and barriers that affect creativity. The practical part offers activities that are suitable for children to realize in nature. Activities are aimed directly and indirectly to the development of children's creativity.

This bachelor work deals with a real property insurance of Regis CZ ltd. This real property is an object of lien within credit advanced banking house. The preamble introduces the basic definitions of insurance system and with single kinds of insurance products based for entrepreneurial risk. After that follows an introduction of a real firm, identification of an entrepreneurial risk for a bank credit and a preparation of quality data for an insurance demand. The result deals with a comparation and offer evaluation of given insurers and with a final recommendation of the best offer and insurer for a concrete needs of a client.
Risk Management of Business Entity

The thesis deals with risk management of business entity, which provides services in field of education officials. Risk management proces consists of several parts, such as identification, analysis and risks reduction. All of these parts, including basic concepts, are described in the theoretical part. In the analytical part there are methods, which are using for identification potential risks. It include SLEPT analysis, Porter analysis and 7S model, then comes SWOT analysis. Based on these analyzes are proposed measures and recommendations that will help reduce risks.
Risk analysis in the area of employee benefits

Risk analysis is becoming an integral part of the planning and projections for the companies. It is important for the companies to regularly carry these analysesout, identify the risk early enough and have the possibility to eliminate these risks and, where appropriate, to define action plans. This diploma thesis deals with risk analysis in the area of employee benefits. Theoretical part defines the key concepts linked with this issue including description of the methods that will be used for risk analysis in the field of employment risks. Practical part of the thesis includes employee benefits in selected company and using benefits relating to the taxation system. In this area are applied selected methods for risk analysis and also there are defined risks arising from the used analysis with simulated reflection in the calculation and taxation of the wages. Thesis conclusion proposes actions to reduce or fully eliminate risks in the area of employee benefits.

The subject of this thesis is the design of simple "Pick and Place" unit for handling components in automated production. The proposal was created for industrial applications based on client requirements. From the unit is expected simplify and streamline of the production. The first part is an overview of the current state of the market. In the next section are introduced various alternative of the design solutions and their evaluation. In the last section is introduced the final design solution supplemented with drawings documentation.

Content of this thesis is to evaluate the company ProCeram. The thesis focuses on the internal environment as well as the surrounding of the company. It characterizes the fundamental factors of the company, analyzes its functioning, sources and capacities, strengths and weaknesses. It also describes external influences, which affect the company. Human resource management is also assessed at the end of this thesis. Outcome is to determine the position of ProCeram on the market and its competitiveness.
Infinitive clauses in the Present-day French and its Czech Equivalents (corpus analysis - Intercorp).

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and analyse infinitive clauses in French and a subsequent delimitation of their Czech counterparts.The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the concepts of an infinitive and an infinitive clause and further it delineates their morphological, semantic and syntactic features. The research part results from a search in the InterCorp corpus.
