The thesis describes the problems of a complex system for analysis of road accidents, specifically the methodology for solving the collision between vehicle and motorcycle. There are statistics described motorcycle accidents, motorcycle safety features, the basic types of collision positions between vehicles and motorcycles, design methodology for solving with traffic accidents between vehicles and motorcycles. The work is performed a set of different measurements used to supplement and refine the input data for the analysis of road accidents involving motorcycles. The work contains data obtained from measurements.
Analysis of Drivers' Responses to Complex Stimuli
Kaplánek, Aleš ; Ptáček, Petr (referee) ; Němejc, Jiří (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This paper deals with the preparation, implementation, and basic assessment of the motorists’ response times to simple optical and complex – other than optical - stimuli. Driving tests conducted partly under regular traffic conditions and partly on a test track are completed with findings on how drivers react when they use their phones during driving. Knowledge of the actual technically achievable reaction time is necessary in performing analyses and consequent assessments of the causes and developments of road traffic accidents.
Complex System of Traffic Accident Analysis - - Collision of Vehicles on the Crossroad
Semela, Marek ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Prochazka, Eduard (referee) ; Bradáč, Albert (advisor)
Thesis deals with problems of forensic technical analysis of traffic accidents, concretely with creation of complex methodology for analysis of traffic accidents of vehicles on the crossroad. There are defined terms of "complex system and complex analysis of traffic accident", technically acceptable range of important input values, systematization of accidents on the crossroad with methodologies in the thesis. Thesis shows problematical expert procedures, suggests scheme of expert evidence and includes methodology of measurement of common movement of vehicles on the crossroad and recommendation for expert procedures.
Problematic of Fast Automatic Tool Change by Working Machinery
Pavlík, Jan ; Marek, Jiří (referee) ; Velíšek,, Karol (referee) ; Demeč, Peter (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This dissertation thesis is focused on the problem of the Automatic Tool Change for milling centers, which is recently shown as a very current topic. The content of this work is to conduct a comprehensive research of various types of ATC depending on the type of machine, as well as research of the current tool interface relating closely with these problems. There was made a comprehensive analysis on the basis of data obtained by comprehensive research, from which both the main factors affecting this topic and the area dealed and developed by this work resulted. The most problematic area of machinery used nowdays for the Atomatic Tool Change was detected as manipulator provided the exchange between spindle and tool storage. Kinematic structure and design of individual elements affects very significantly the dynamics of the whole process of exchange of tools. Therefore, the work is focused on problematic of the manipulator. The main results of this thesis are constructional design of several types of manipulators, which were partly realized within the project 1.2.4 of Brno department of RCMT in the form of the testing stands. There was developed simulation models for selected types of manipulators which were verificated by measuring on the real stand. On the basis of abovementioned problem there was identified another key issue related not only to the exchange process but also with complex problem of service life of spindle. It is a grab force in the process of picking tools. The work outlines the possibilities for further research of these forces on the service file of spindle (especially on service life of bering groups of spindle).
Optimization of Energy by Robot Motion
Smetanová, Anna ; Skařupa, Jiří (referee) ; Smrček, Juraj (referee) ; Karpíšek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The doctoral thesis is describing the problematic of motion parameters influences on energy consumption during robot operation. The basic methods of robot programming are characterized and evaluated in the introductory part and with help of mathematical models the influence of specific parameters is explained. The experimental verification of mathematical models was performed in the laboratory of Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at Brno University of Technology. The measure results are arranged in tables from which final evaluation and recommendation for praxis follows.
Workplace automated assembly O-rings and test station in robotized workplace
Horák, Petr ; Filipčík, Jiří (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The thesis proposes a workplace automatic assembly O-rings on the pneumatic valve. It was designed mechanism assembly, assembly testing, movement to test for leaks, flow measurement, transport valve through the workplace and economic calculation workplace.
Orientation mechanism of industrial robots
Kočiš, Petr ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with an orientation mechanism of industrial robots for mounting of pivots and screws into the mounting holes. In the first phase there is a research of inventions mainly realized in the United States Patent and Trademark Office database. Subsequently the conditions of the assembly are solved. On the base of the conditions the functional requirements are described. The diploma thesis includes seven conceptual variants, which are proposed as a 3D design. Using the basical multi-criteria method the best conceptual variant is specified. That is specified due to the accepted criterias. In the next part of the diploma thesis there is a calculation, that comprises this technically and economically most promising conceptual variant. The calculation consists of a statics, a kinematics and a dynamics of the propel, a stenght control of the mechanism and kinematics analysis of the whole mechanism. Results of the calculation are used by the detailed design of orientation mechanism, that also comprises technological production theory and a correct assembly. Economical analysis, which comprises cost of produce of this newly developed automation equipment, is worked up in the conclusion of the diploma thesis. The diploma thesis also comprises drawings. The variant solves a new conception, which can be patented as an utility model.
The two-coordinate numerical controlled table for milling center with hydraulic clamp
Nešpor, Vít ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Kolíbal, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with theoretical design of NC rotary tilting table for Kovosvit MAS milling machine MCV 754 - QUICK. In the beginning of this paper is made a research with focus to rotary tilting tables, paletizing technologies and rotary suppliers of energy. The main part concerns with loading analysis of rotary tilting table, proposal of motion drives, bearings and the frame of desired machine. For motion drive of each axis is chosen torque motor. Constructional solution of pressed air supply to the middle boring of face plate is realized by a rotary union. The next point of solution is arrangement of moving supply electrical and pneumatic energy to the frame of tilting axis. The last part is concerned to proposal of realizing of changing tchnological pallets by the Zero-point systems. In the end the economical analysis is made.
