Marketing communication of Fyziofitness Černošice

Title: Marketing Communication of Fyziofitness Cernosice Objectives: : Aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate current marketing communication of Fyziofitness Cernosice from both the standpoint of its customers as well as its management. Based on gathered information, detailed concept of marketing communication is then presented, using mainly methods and tools of communication mix. Methods: To evaluate current marketing commmunications, both quantitave and qualitative methods of research were used. Clients of the fitness centre were asked to fill a questionaire and an interview with the owner of Fyziofitness Cernosice was conducted in order to better understand the current state of things. Results: The output of this thesis is an outline of marketing communication for the period starting June 2017, up until June 2018. This outline will then be presented to the management of the fitness centre and it will be used for this period of time. Analysis of employment agencies

Title: Analysis of employment agencies Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to explore employment agencies on Czech labour market and find out its functionality and credibility from the side of job seeker. One of the constitutive aim was also using the marketing method Mystery client. The term functionality of employmenet agencies was evaluated as attitude and ability of employment agency to mediate good job for job seekers. Methods: To obtain data, that allows to final evaluation, was used special technique of market research called Mystery client. This method represents hidden observation during job interview. The research was completed with question survey of selected staff consultants. Results: The results of the research indicated that employment agencies are mainly focused on outsourcing and are usually mediating short-term job for young and less educated people. The research also indicated that employment agencies are not able to mediate appropriate job in reached level of education. In spite of these problems, there were recommended three employment agencies that are properly able to communicate and react for job supply and demand. Doping and management in elite sport

Title: Doping and management in elite sport Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to find the opinions of the cardinal representatives from professional sport, i.e. top sports officials and elite sportsmans, to doping, who may have the different attitudes to this issue from their position and roles. Methods: In this diploma thesis were used two methods for collection of data. Specifically, the method of questionnaires and semi-structured interview method. Mixed type of research was selected due to deeper into the issue. In the diploma thesis was also used the method of analysis or comparison, mostly to gather sufficient information for the development of theoretical foundations of work. Results: Results of mixed research are interpreted in the research of this diploma thesis. The results of this study found the opinion of the cardinal representatives from professional sport, sports managers and the elite sportsmans, to doping. The results can serve as a basis for future research in this area, for example, when comparing the sports company to the general public, as to whether individuals who show more willingness in the use of doping, they have a different attitude to their body and health than individuals who do not want to show this willingness. Concept suggestion of sport funding in the czech republic

Objectives: The main aim of this work is to evaluate the current system of sports financing from public sources in the Czech Republic. Based on this analysis, analysis of sports funding system from public budgets in selected EU countries try to create a new system of financing sport that is stable, systematic, transparent, efficient, and sustainable development. Methods: The work used the method of analysis and comparative. Analysis method was applied when examining the current financing system in the Czech Republic and in selected foreign countries. The method of comparison was then used to compare the information gathered from various funding schemes. Results: The results suggest that the sports sector in the Czech Republic is deeply underfunded, despite what economic and social benefits of each sport brings. In order to improve the current system are proposed partial measures, aimed at long-term support for the concept of the sport in the country. Partial proposals based on an analysis of the financing of sport in the Czech Republic and the subsequent comparison with selected systems in selected EU countries. Prognosis of the German Bundesliga

Title: Prognosis of the German Bundesliga Objectives: The main goals of the diploma thesis were to analyse the German Bundesliga from her financial aspect and to create a prognosis of selected values until the year 2020. Methods used: First time was used the financial analysis of absolute, differential and relation indicators. Then to estimate the future development of the German Bundesliga were selected linear and exponencial trends calculated and applied with using the least squares method. On the top was calculated and applied the modified exponencial with using the method of partial sums. Results: Summary the outcome of the financial analysis through financial indicators and selected values prognosis of the German Bundesliga until the year 2020. Czech association of football players and its function in the Czech footbal surroundings

Title: Czech Football Players' Association and its function in Czech football surroundings Objectives: The aims are: presenting and describing the main services that ČAFH offers to its members, finding out how ČAFH co-operates with other executive bodies of the Czech football surroundings like FAČR, league clubs, agents and players and according to discovered datas and information to propose some possible improving measures. Methods: Author provides information discovered during studying the available sources about the issue. The author pays attention to creation of players' unions and then describes the problems related to the creation of the Czech football players' assocoation. The research itself includes collectioning and analysis of the secondary datas, questionnaire research among clubs of the 1st and the 2nd Czech divisions, observation on the chosen ČAFH's events, interviews with representatives of FAČR, AFA, LFA and the interview with the football players. Results: Interviews and questionnaires helped to find out that the camp for the players without contracts which is organised by ČAFH is a successfull and nowadays the only project of its kind so it is some kind of irreplacable service for the members. Title: Compilation and Validation of the Teambuilding Program for High School Students. Objectives: The main objective is the compilation and validation of the teambuilding program m for improving the atmosphere and communication in a selected high school class. Methods: Different methods were used In this bachelor thesis. For detecting atmosphere in the high school class a questionnaire was used. Sociometric investigation was used for mapping relations and an interview was used for completion of information necessary for the compilation of the teambuilding program. Results: It was detected that the program in its current form fulfils expectations. For further usage notes were written regarding improvement in particular areas which should lead to better results. Title: Competency profile of tennis coach Objectives: The aim of this work is to create competency profile of ideal tennis coach which based on evaluation by tennis experts. Methods: At first data for the research was obtained by studying the written sources and was subsequently extended and modified thanks to interviews with tennis coaches. 4 level-point Likert scale without central tendency was chosen for evaluating the importance of the data. Respondents were exclusively tennis coaches. They were asked about the importance of competencies in person and also by social networks. Results: The most important competencies for ideal tennnis coach were identified in accordence to results of the evaluation. These competencies were chosen to be in competency profile. Title: Mystery shopping in selected stores of specialized retail chain Hervis. Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to introduce a specific method of market research called the Mystery shopping as a marketing tool that is useable in the field of sport retail. The main point of the thesis is to practically use the technique in selected stores of sport retail chain Hervis in the territory of capital city Prague and compare them to each other to identify proposals. Methods: To obtain data, which allows to identify proposals, was used special technique of market research called the Mystery shopping, which represents a combination of questionnaire and covert observation. Results of the observation were immediately filed in drawn up sheets. Results: The results of the research indicated many faults in mutual interaction between staff and customers, especially in the areas of sales skills, customer needs analysis and circumstances entering the retail shop. That is why there were made some measures in the synthetic part, that can lead to improvement in Customer Relationship Management. Title: Knowledge of rowing between students of Faculty of Physical Education and Sport - Charles University and Faculty of Physical Culture - Palacký University Olomouc Objectives: The main objective of this work is research on the extent of knowledge about rowing of the students of two sports-oriented university faculties. Another aim is to compare general knowledge of students and comparison of the two selected faculties Methods: To determine the necessary information was used quantitative research, using on-line interviews. Before the interview was modified a questionnaire on the given subject, which was planned for 100 respondents. The research was conducted using an electronic questioning when the questionnaire was completed 119 respondents from Faculty of Physical Education and Sport - Charles University and The Faculty of Physical Culture - Palacký University Olomouc Results: Based on the research results, it is possible to say that knowledge and awareness about the rowing is among respondents rather average. Approximately 75 % of the respondents knew the correct answer in three questions. But to another question stated the right answer only 12 % of respondents. After mutual comparison of the two faculties, it is possible to say that knowledge of rowing are comparable. Keywords: rowing,...
